  • Great concert uke
The first one I ordered came with a broken headstock although the box it came in was perfectly fine so it was broken before they shipped it to me. But I returned it and got a refund to buy a new one which was in perfect condition. I've had it for almost a year now and everything holds up and is well made. The only thing that bugs me is that the pickups wires are a little long so they flop around and make some noise if you move it around. But that's no biggie. I use it to play rhythmy stuff on stage at my church and it sounds pretty good. Overall really nice ukulele ... show more

  • This is the one
I bought this to have a bigger ukulele since my soprano made it hard to play tight chords. I have been so impressed with the sound and build quality. It is now one of my most cherished possessions. I almost feel like I play ukulele now! I highly recommend this instrument!

  • A wonderful instrument
This is the favorite ukulele in my collection. The sound is beautiful and it is the most comfortable uke I've ever played. Ibanez hit a home run with this one.

  • Almost great
This is a great ukulele with a nice woody sound. My only complaint is that it might need a luthier setup. I suspect the nut holds the strings too high, therefore some notes don't stand on pitch at various frets (granted, a problem with many fretted string instruments). I especially like the built in tuner that, when used, cancels out the feed to the amp. So, if you have to return on stage, that does not get amplified. This has been the best of several electro ukes that have a balanced volume across all 4 strings, meaning someone spent time accurately placing the piezo wire under the compensated saddle. Finally, I live in seasonally extreme Wisconsin and have not had problems eith NOT keeping it humidified. I've played it professionally many times. ... show more
