A few of the chair legs were scratched when I received them. I reached out to the company and through a few messages, they sent out the new legs to replace the ones that were scratched. They resolved my concern in a timely manner. The chairs are very comfortable and looks amazing in my kitchen. These chair are just what we were looking for. They fit perfectly at our kitchen island. The teal color is exactly as shown. The instructions were somewhat simple. We did have a few small problems, like a rip on one of the chair near the bottom, and a few of the little metal buttons had divets in them small pieces of metal sticking up.
