neck is stitched not tied and had to take it up. Length is just at finger tips and I'm 5-1. Back ties are short. Pleasant to wear and funtional. Might be for smaller frames only with a long waist?

This is cute, if a little reminiscent of something Minnie Mouse might wear, lol. As a few other reviewers have noted, this runs small. It barely fits me and I think if you're a bigger person, this might be too small. This also runs short, this barely comes to the middle of my thighs (and I'm only 5'3"). The fabric is also rough and uncomfortable. Lastly, and most disappointing for me, is the red bow is defective; it looks more like a fan than a bow. All in all, in hindsight, I probably would not have ordered this. But bc it was cheap, I guess what do you expect..? I will keep it, but I don't recommend it. Not unless you are under 5-feet tall and maybe weight 100 lbs or less and are not picky about comfy fabric and things looking like they should (the red bow accent). I've included a couple pic's to show the 'bow'...:/ :( ... show more
