My dog got this toy over 5 years ago and it's the only one that's lasted. It's one of the most durable and long lasting toys I've gotten that he actually loves to chew. He's a rottweiler who usually destroys a toy within days. I finally bought a 2nd because its gotten hard to play tug of war with the orginal. Even the mild squeaky noise doesn't bother me too much.
