Have a 6 year old and his cousin who live riding these things and they mastered it pretty quick. I got it for them for Christmas and I purchased two. One of them is not working for the speed settings. It will only go on the first two settings. When reaching out to customer support from hyper gogo they denied assistance because it was purchased from Amazon. If the customer support was good I would give this a 5 star rating because the kids love it. I will update my review if I am able to get better customer support Update: I got support through supplier on Amazon rather than the website that sells these. Amazon support was good compared to the website directly which was horrible. If you have this issue they told me to turn it on and short press the speed button while holding the brake 5 times in order to fix this if you have the same problem. Kids love riding these around and they mastered it pretty quick and actually learned how to ride these before riding a bike without training wheels. After going back and forth by email for a week or 2, the seller finally sent me a replacement, and the new one is great. Even has muffler steam, which the prior one didn’t have. I’m a satisfied customer now. It was great while it lasted. Just stopped powering on even though it is fully charged. Today is the last day of the 90-day warranty. But no way to reach seller. Amazon gave 30-day warranty but I purchased it 10/28/23 for my son as Xmas present from “Santa” so he only had it for about a month. ... show more

I purchased two of these items for my sons and had them delivered while I was deployed. When I returned home in April, my wife had not yet set them up. I assembled them and they worked well for a few days, but then one of them suddenly stopped working. I was planning to purchase two more for my nephews, but I will pause that plan until this issue is resolved. I hope the company will rectify this situation. I bought this for my 4 year old son who can ride a pedal bike without training wheels. I was worried because he has never used a hand break before, but he picked it up within seconds! He rides it every single day, it is a fantastic entry motorbike. The seat is low to the ground so when he does fall it’s minimal damage. The bad reviews on here are because the people who purchased didn’t look at the description… this is the basic version, no vapor or music- but the kids don’t need all that! I am now a loyal customer of this company, I wish they would come out with a faster one so I wouldn’t have to switch my son to a regular dirt bike— those are just so high off the ground. ... show more

This is a well made, study beautiful electric bike! This is not made for 6years + and up to 5feet and 140 pounds though. And that’s very disappointing the reviews I read didn’t point this out thoroughly. My kid is not even 4 foot and is not even half the weight, and I literally had to add training wheels to actually make it rideable because the speed is not 10 mph and it is not capable to ride all terrain through the grass it lags and doesn’t keep enough speed to keep it up and balanced, the child looks like a giant on a toddler toy while on it. On pavement the bike will go fast enough for balance but I don’t have a paved yard…. A review from a paying purchaser not one who receives products at no cost just for review purposes can only give a2 star review… and that is only because the bike is well made, seems extremely durable and is aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately it is not made for 6 year olds +. I can not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a electric bike for their child who is over 3 1/2 feet tall.. because the bike itself is so well made and visually appealing I could 100% recommend for someone who is looking for this sort of bike for their toddler’s probably 3 to 5 years would be more accurate. My grandson just turned 6 and outgrew his electric powered car. I wanted something to take camping with us, so it also needed to be light enough I can load it in the camper. This is perfect. I had no trouble assembling it by myself. He loves riding it on the several cul-de-sacs near my house. The real test is when we take it to Mid-Ohio race track. Our campsite in in the "North Woods" and there is a fairly large hill at Thunder Valley that I want to see if it can pull him. I have a small e-bike and I need to peddle at the hill. I'll come back and update after our first trip in June. But for around the neighborhood he is loving it. ... show more
