RELIEF IS HERE from those painful foot cramps, and the ones that torture the back of you legs. I really appreciate the Hyland's Leg Cramp Tablets when those terrible calf cramps occur. Having these tablets close at hand is a must! These quick dissolving tablets give fast relief and have a mild chalky taste that I don't mind, and quickly disappears. I simply place 2 tablets under my tongue. I have not noticed any adverse side effects whatsoever. Now that I'm older, I always keep a supply on hand. Once you begin to suffer cramps, you can expect that they will return in the future. Fortunately, I came across Hyland's Leg Cramp Tablets. The positive reviews were correct and I've had fantastic results. Working in the garden or other strenuous activities can usually result in cramps later in the day, either when I sit in a recliner or later in bed. If I overexert myself, I know to take a couple to tablets in advance. Sometimes while laying down, the surprise cramp(s) will instantly remove me from the deepest sleep. I keep the Hyland's bottle next to the bed for these "special events". I don't expect instant relief, but know that the entire night will not be in serious pain and that I can get some quality sleep. Foot and other cramps are amazingly painful. Additional tablets are used on occasion as per the instructions, or a few hours later. I keep a bottle in my bathroom bag when traveling and take a couple before a long flight. During the cooler months, I keep a bottle with several tablets in my vehicle (just in case). Cold weather also seems to bring on cramps. I even take a couple of tablets if I have hand cramps after working with equipment. If these were more expensive, I would still purchase them. I value these tablets for the wonderful natural relief they give from seriously painful cramps. Keep your eyes open for Amazon sale prices. These were recently several dollars cheaper. I like this product because it does stop cramps. My son also uses it and he really likes it because it does what the product claims to do. It is also a natural product that does not make you sleepy or make you feel drugged, but does it naturally.

I tried these figuring I’d give them a shot. Well they actually work pretty good. I get terrible pains in my legs from a bad ankle a physical job and 30+ years of Softball. The only bad thing is that I wish they would last longer.

Pain relief ..100% Value .. a little high but sooo worth it if you suffer leg cramps. We keep 2-3 bottles on hand 24-7-365. Effectiveness .. 100% Taste .. just a wee bit chalky under your tongue but no gag-worthy flavor. Actually seem to work better with a dry mouth. DON'T take these with water .. let them dissolve. Quality .. 100% Size .. very small, chalky pills. Easy to take. Don't handle them too long before you take them .. they break up and also start to dissolve if your hands are wet in any way. **. Ohhhh these are amazing! If you wake up with a foot, calf, etc cramp and place some of these under your tongue, it's like a miracle. I also got some daytime ones. I know a lot of people swear by this but not sure it really helps. Hard to tell if cramps go away by walking and rubbing or this. Did not help in middle of night when cramps were bad. I like that they are sublingual and dissolve under tongue. Actually I have found pickle juice works better, as recommended to me by a few people. ... show more
