I was a little confused when first installing because you have to bend the rod to the angle your flusher needs to be at. The rod is actually pretty hard to bend and I don’t think someone with strength or hand mobility issues would be able to do it on their own. behind toilet seat it says: Kohler 1.6 gallons / 6 liters per flush Likely the toilet was purchased around 2015. The lever arm comes close to hitting front side of tank but does not. No need to bend arm, but as things settle over time, great to be able to bend it if needed. I purchased this versus others because it seems to be better quality / thick brass. I like that it included a rubber gasket for inside the tank (original didn't have that). Paper instructions, and their video, are not as good as watching a general youtube video. Surprised it didn't take long, and that I didn't have to bend anything. Hopefully this lasts as long as the toilet. ... show more

The square on the handle was smaller than the hole in my toilet. When at rest the handle falls all the way up. And unfortunately I bent the metal of the lever to install it, so it's no longer new and returnable. Very unhappy with this. I'll go to the hardware store next time.
