These are great ear buds! Sound quality is very clear and crisp and they seem to work well with all of the I-Phone features. The fit in the ear is tight and comfortable. The battery seems to hold up well but haven't used long enough yet to completely discharge so not sure of the length of time they will last on a charge. Only problem I have is the volume control is hard to get to work. Other than that these are definitely a product I would recommend. Touch control on each bud is easy to find and operate. So I've ordered these before in March and ever since then I'm scared of getting any other earphones that aren't like these !! The bass boost is just great and also the noise cancellation!! It's amazing I can turn up super loud music all the way up and no one can hear it :) it's good for someone who loves shutting out the world and listening to the music loud these are perfect , and for someone who sucks at keeping stuff charged , this has long battery life the perfect amount I forget to put them back in the box and all and they still stay fully charged!! I love it they are perfect for someone as clumsy and forget as me and honestly I sweat a lot and it's sweat resistant!! The only reason I'm replacing them is because sadly my dog got to them so I needed another pair urgently but honestly if something happens to these that I just ordered again I'll be back to buy another ! And let me just say before I'm done here that I absolutely love the fact that they can fit the actual airpod pro cases I can buy any airpod pro case I want and it'll fit it !!! I bought these for my dad for his birthday since hes always using those cheap ones w the wires that break in a day or two. I love wireless earphones. So i wanted to get him the same and better ones. I Tried them out first before i gave them to him just to make sure they work well i like that they look so much like the airpods pro. the sounds is better than i excepted. it’s a loud but not over bearing or scratchy. it sounded slightly off at first but after about a min i got used to it and it sounds honestly as good as the airpods and airpods pro. i’m very picky about earphones and like to hear every note and background vocals or instrument and these play up to part. i would definitely recommend these to someone who wants good wireless earphones for a good price. ... show more

I liked these when I first received them back in January of '23. Three months later and the charging tip on the left ear piece just fell out as can be seen by the picture. I tried to crazy glue it back on and put it back in its charger but it wouldn't charge up. I tried again to "fix" it but broke off the little connector on the inside that connects to the chip board, and unless I was in electronics, I might be able to repair them but the return window is only 30 days. I do not like the case. It keeps closing effortlessly without much help and needs a stronger spring to keep it open. After having these for a while and testing the functions I found the active noise cancelling is practically nonexistent. It initially had a lot going for it like the 5.3 bluetooth with "deep connectivity" and I had hoped the build quality was better than it was. The battery was reasonable at about 4 or 5 hours before one of them started to turn itself off. The sound was okay for the price (I paid $29) but beware of these Apple clones. You get for what you pay. Now I'm stuck with only one working bud. ... show more

Follow up 8/8/2021: The free replacement set that Hyeing customer service sent have been working really well. Have been very happy with them and impressed with how quickly customer service responded and how nice the sound is with these earbuds. Follow Up 7/18: After writing the support contact as noted in the instructions I heard back from them within 24 hrs. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to ship another set to me. I received the new earbuds and have charged them. They appear to be working, but as with the other problem set, every now and then either the right or left earbud goes silent for 1-2 seconds. Not sure why, but I can live with that if they do t stop working completely. 5 stars for customer service! Original post: I ordered these on Amazon Prime day and absolutely loved the earbuds for the first couple of weeks. By the third week they stopped charging - both the case and the earbuds. There is nothing to refer to for troubleshooting other than writing their Service@amzdeals.vip as noted in the instructions for any issues (which I have). I am waiting to see if I hear back from anyone and will follow up with this review if I do. ... show more
