Well, I found the instinct the back of the laminated packing list AFTER I got it together. Lol. Had a hang up with the arms- the bottom part is folded in. And the hex driver thingy was in the bottom of the small shipping box that contains the shaft cover. Even without the instructions, the hex key, and figuring out the arms- it took me 15 to put together AND I had to redo the back brace because I got it on backwards the first time. My son loves it. It doesn't recline much. When the shaft is fully extended, my son (5'9) can swing his legs without his feet touching the ground- so it can fit a fairly tall person. I got mine used (very good) and there was a small indentation in the back rest pillow but other than that it was in good shape. It doesn't recline much but enough for a comfortable less than upright position. Super happy with my purchase. Would definitely suggest. ... show more

The chair is very easy to put together. It's very comfortable and supportive on my back. It's very sturdy. The wheels roll easily and the recline feature is easy to use. The camo colors are true to the picture and looks great. I do wish the camo parts were the same leather-like material that the black parts are.. just to make the whole chair easy to clean. Had a problem with the zipper on the headrest pillow. It was broken when we received the chair. Customer service was excellent - I got a fast and friendly response after contacting them by Amazon message. I sent pictures of the damaged zipper. The arms are not very sturdy. They are screwed in with 1 screw on the top and one on the bottom and they have a hinge on them when you recline back or sit upright. If you put any pressure at all on the arms, they bend outward and I feel like they are going to break off. The box is destroyed and I would really like to send it back and get a different chair. I don't like the arm design on this chair at all, but it is a really cute chair! The seat is very hard and a bit uncomfortable when sitting for long periods of time like I do. ... show more

The shroud over the lift was broken on delivery and there was a scrape on one piece. More importantly the chair is very uncomfortable for me to sit in. It is very narrow. I contacted the company, I had the chair for 4 days and the left side bolts and inside bracket pulled out. they said send them pictures. which I didn't get to send for a week due to being out of town at work. but I sent them and I get they will send me a a small fee to replace the bolts. but would not refund money or replace the chair. These chairs are garbage. I bought 2 at the same time. One broke within 3 months and the 2nd one is reclined to the point of almost laying down at less than 5 months old. The first one the metal tore at the part that holds the legs on. They have plastic arms that wiggle and feel like they are going to break but haven't yet and there is no way to tighten them. These chairs might be ok for someone who weighs 75lbs or less. ... show more
