I got this camera a few weeks ago. After this period time of usage, I would like to leave some comments. The camera itself has good quality. It contains two major parts. One is the front dash camera with 3 lenses. Each lenses can provide visual signal independently. One lense in the middle mainly to capture the videos in the fornt road. There are two lenses on the left and right side aims to capture the dirver and passenger side view. Another main part is the rear camera which only contains one lense. All the lense provide wide angel video with good resolution as HD video. The sound recording is just average. Not HiFi, but clear enough to listen. But if it is under very loud enviroment, it doesn't work well. So don't expect too much with the sound recording. The installation is not very difficult. The package include mounting brackets. For the front dash camera, you can choose use either a sucking plate or sticky plate to mount it on the front shield window. I choose the sucking plate because I am not 100% sure the position is good or not. For the rear camera, it only provides you a sticky plate to mount it on the rear window. So be careful of the position. Lastly, one thing I don't like is the power cabel. It provides an entire power cable that utilize the vehicle's internal power outlet/smoke ligther. Unfortunately, I have alreday used it power outlet for a USB charger. Luckily, I got a spare USB-to-TypeC cabel that can use to connect the camera to my USB charger. So I don't have to use the included power cabel. I do really think they should design the power cabel that can detach the power outlet connector with a USB port. Then it will be more flexible. Another thing is the length of the cabels that connecting the rear camera to the front camera piece. It is very long, so you will need to buy additional cable mamangement tools. I managed to set up this camera in my car, back and front. Also purchased a hard wire kit for 24 hour parking monitoring, which i managed to install as well. All the cameras have great video quality. The camera's settings and menus are easy to navigate as well. However, the app for the camera is TERRIBLE! It loads extremely slow and cuts off as it's loading most times. It has an infinite loading screen when trying to view the recorded videos and it struggles to download videos that are larger than 40MB to your phone. You're better off viewing videos from the camera itself or taking the SD card from the camera and viewing the footage on a computer. ... show more

A perfect dashcam! Its four cameras allow you to shoot 360° without blind spots and record your driving process. The machine can fit perfectly on your car and will not fall off easily. I have tried many other dashcams and they have all fallen off, but I have not encountered this problem with this travel recorder. Relatively speaking, its price is not particularly expensive. I needed to contact customer service with some questions and they were quick to respond. I was impressed with their timeliness, level of knowledge, and ability to solve any concerns I had. The camera itself is great quality, I hardwired it for the 24hr parking mode for crash monitoring as well. Make sure you purchase the correct hardwire kit for your vehicle though. I have a 2022 tundra and the fuse connections did not fit, my mechanic helped me alleviate that issue though. The camera's visual quality is good, with both the front and rear cameras being able to record video that clearly show license plate symbols. I have the camera set to record while my vehicle is turned off and parked. After being parked in the sun for a bit, the camera consistently turns off and on, staying on for just a few seconds before repeating, due to overheating. There are no shutdown issues when parked in the shade or at night, or when recording while driving with the windows down. Checking recordings to see what temperature causes the issues, the camera started overheating and shutting off/on at the same time the recorded forecast is showing it was sunny and about 75 degrees. The product description states an operating temperature range of -22°F to 140°F, however, the interior car temp would have been no more than 120 degrees. I have the screen set to be off while recording, to limit power consumption that can raise heat levels. Also, the camera saves video files using an HEVC codecs, which the built in video player for Microsoft computers cannot play without buying a one-time $2.00 codec pack from the official Microsoft App Store, or using a different video playing app that has the required codecs. 05/04/2024 Edit: The seller, Carvedium/hupejos, reached out regarding this review, to see if they could be of help. I bought a couple different cameras and sent them back when I finally got this one. I was perfectly satisfied. Although it comes with a cigarette lighter switch to 5 volt power supply and your cigarette lighter or 12 V supply does not turn off when your key turns off it drains your battery. I actually bought a female cigarette lighter adapter instead of their extra wiring harness they wanted you to buy and wired that to my radio power which shut off within 15 minutes.
