I bought 4 of these little things, first time I put the red one in the slot of my smart camera feeder it attracted a hummingbird so bought more. 2 of the new ones would not snap into place, I boiled water soaked the colored part of the feeder for a short time and was then able to snap the ring part on. The media could not be loaded. This little feeder is amazing! For a couple days prior to this video, I filled the ring feeder and put it in a shot glass on the railing of my back deck so they could get used to it. As other reviewers have mentioned, it can be hard to fill… I just place my finger over the hole when I pop the flower cap on and I have no problems whatsoever. I wish the ring was smaller, but nevertheless I love it. ... show more

It is great product and is comfortable, but I never got a hummingbird to drink from it because I didn’t have the patience to spend a ton of time waiting on them to get used to me sitting there with the ring on.

The flower portion will not snap into the ring portion. Without that capability, the flower will fall off as the bird lands. A waste of money.
