Worked great for like a month. And then it broke. Personally, I mainly ordered it to, in the morning, massage my face and wake up due to the temperature, so I don't have any comments for de-puffing as claimed since I never had a problem with puffing in mornings to begin with. It stays cold for a while, but not cold like when you take it straight out of the fridge. It's like a mild cold, but its there, but its just not giving yknow? Hope this helps anyone :) (If you're thinking about buying it, I recommend since it's cheap and lasts a while. Maybe just don't use it super hard like I did, you should be good.)
