  • Great Budget Gaming/Music Production PC
I have 2 of these. One I bought for music/video editing and production over a yr ago. My son just turned 5 and asked Santa for a PC to play Roblox, Fortnite etc., so he got the same one for his games. I had to return 2 of them because they kept kicking him out of his games and restarting withing 30 mins of Roblox play. The 3rd replacement they sent is running perfectly so for, just like our original. The customer representatives were very helpful, and worked with me directly to get thes problem solved it a very timely manner. I recommend this i7 core PC with 2TB memory and decent Graphics card for anyone strating out on a budget. ... show more

  • Worst online shopping experience ever!!
Spent 4 hours after work with my x4 kids hiding in room working on this thing cause it's my kids Christmas present. Worked overtime and skipped my vacation so I could afford to get all x3 of my kids computers. 1st computer worked so I bought x2 more. Second computer nothing no output what so ever no bios nothing. Worked on it 4 hours put in a working graphics card I had, switched cords , inputs, adapters nothing. Had to be cpu or motherboard or both. Graphics card does have power and fans turn on. And third computer I got from them power supply sounds like it's about to blow !. So instead of just sending me replacement parts they want me to pack it up drive 30 min away 30 min back. Ship them computer back and probably won't get replacement computer back in time for Christmas!!!!! I bought desk, gaming chairs, headsets controllers and these guys not even gonna have the computers for my kids!!!!! Computer seem to be descent specs if built with working parts!!! Don't buy this garbage 1 out of 3 computers work and customer service and techs awful with customer help or satisfaction !!! Will change review if they straiten this out. Oh yeah bought extended warranty didn't expect to need it soon as I opened computer up !!!!!!! Update only gotten worse!! 1.So far I have replaced power supply 2. Had bad processor 3.received broken mouse still don't have one. 4. Hard drives were corrupt and wouldn't boot up operating system 5.graphics card overheats 6.comouter came not even assembled power wires,DVD drive USB nothing was even hooked to the board and they claim it was tested before shipping it 🤦 I'm running around in circles getting angry every day with customer service to resolve issues. Spent my holiday time fixing the garbage they sent me instead of spending time with my family. My daughter computer froze up twice within 4 hrs on Christmas. Had to tell her Santa must of fallen on ice n dropped computer and damaged it 😡. Amazon customer support is a joke as well canceling my prime membership. From now on only buying my electronics from Micro Center!! They have ruined my holiday, stressed me out beyond belief waiting for parts working on garbage after work and trying to watch x4 kids. They said they were gonna re inburse me for mouse now they say they won't. At first they said they would send replacement graphics card and when it got here I could swap out n send bad one back. Now I have to yank it n computer my daughter got for Christmas will be down until they send a new card. They have no word !! Iv had to drive multiple times 30 min there 30 min back to UPS cause they won't do porch pickup !! I'm wasting gas and time with these people. Didn't want to send whole computer back cause Santa brought them 🤦. 1st computer I got was descent the other x2 complete garbage!! So 1/3 odds I'd say of getting anything that even remotely boots up. Actually 1/4 cause I did send one back and they sent me another broken one before Christmas cause I opened early to test to try to make sure everything worked before Christmas. I was able to get graphics card usable using msi afterburner and turning clock settings all the way down. I wrote a lot but to save you and you children's holidays. And they have gotten me in trouble at work for taking longer on break talking to them to try to resolve only for them to keep asking same thing for 4 days in a row!!! A complete nightmare !!! Worked on it for hours drive all over will not buy electronics off Amazon ever again!! Update: going to be canceling amazon prime for letting people like this do business on here. 2 weeks after Christmas sent third defective computer back and still no refund or working computer. Absolutely the worst shopping experience I've ever had!! Ruined Christmas ruined new Year's funds tied up also negative impact on my daughters b day that was on Jan 6. They send broken garbage and expect you to fix it with your own parts and on ur own time. Crooks scam artist. Don't say I didnt warn you 🤦 ... show more

  • Great! If you understand computers.
No true specs so... To specify, this came with a (2nd) generation core i7 2600. Its an HP compaq elite 8200 (motherboard). It did have 16g ddr3. (1) 125g ssd with verified windows 10 already injected. and 1, 3tb HHD. Had Hewlet Packard 300w proprietary Psu (garbage). Also had an AMD RX 580 powered by a sata adapter? those pull 250w tdp.... You need, at minimum 400w psu with 6+2 pin pcie power cable to run. so swapped everything into new case with new 500w power supply and all is well. Games great. Hardware worked first try. People who say this was a bad experience or that they had 6 pin cables melt just don't understand computers. This is not gaming ready. The seller probably knows this will melt under load. It's up to you to buy a 24 ATX to 6 + 6 adapter for old Hp motherboards. Dont forget! Then the gpu has ample power. I spent 250$ on sale for this. 100$ on case and power supply. Sold for 600$ Very good deal. Case was in acceptable condition. RGB strips and controller are SGTAUBRON. Very dusty lol! Cheers!!! ... show more

  • Best computer I could find for this price
I think this computer would be at least $1000 if it were new. Mine had a small scratch on the case but seems otherwise as good as a new computer (actually it's better, because it came with none of the bloatware you might expect when getting a new pre-built PC). I'll take a scratch for $600 in savings any day. It works perfectly except for one time when the screen kept turning on and off, which resolved with a restart and could have been a problem with my monitor for all I know. It handles every game I've thrown at it so far (e.g. Battlefield 5, Dishonored 2). If I were to complain about anything, it would be the foam packaging inside the case, which was difficult to take out without risking damage to the GPU. The motherboard and GPU had to flex a bit before I could pull out the packaging -- thankfully no lasting damage occurred. Of course, without that packaging the GPU might have been damaged in transit, so I don't know what can be done about that. ... show more

  • Decent at best
I got this PC hoping for a budget gaming build and while it can play quite a few games fairly well there are a few major bottlenecks that make this kind of a waste. 1st. Being that the power supply is a 320w power supply barely enough to run the rx 580 at its fullest potential alone forget all the other components. As well the GPU is wired through SATA cables to the motherboard and not directly to the power supply which I'm sure further bottlenecks the GPU. this is SUCH A PROBLEM that most newer games won't even launch at all and will shut down the computer because it draws too much power 2nd major bottle neck is the the mother board, this was built on an old hp motherboard that has ddr3 ram NOT DDR4 like they say it has. So all in all this PC can run older games decently well however is gonna be extremely hard to upgrade and would be worth spending your money on a more expensive build. It's kind of a scam because stgaubron literally could've just put a decent power supply in for you that can actually run the hardware in the computer. Like literally 500watts would be enough. Would cost them $30 extra for the build smh. ... show more
