The media could not be loaded. My first time writing a negative review. I'm sorry but this was a huge disappointment for our family, especially for my 6 years old son that this was his birthday present. Computer never worked. Dead on arrival. It looked like an issue with the memory card, so we had to wait to Monday and call them, Shipped back and forth 3 times (!!) different pieces and it never turned on. We had to pay for the box myself (20$ every time). This was really annoying but I wanted to solve this. The company BOT were nice but the wait of a week from time to time and feeling disappointed that it doesn't work was not worth the additional attempt of trying to get it fixed for the 4th time. Also the costumer service for the computer company is only weekdays, and the main time we had to work on this was the weekend. It's not a big deal but since you have to spend 30 plus minutes with an IT person and follow troubleshooting it just takes time out of a working day. Not worth it sorry. ... show more

I bought this for my 6 year old so it didn't need anything too crazy. It's speedy enough for the 2 games I installed. My 2 complaints are the screen's HDMI port and the Modem's lights. The HDMI cord that came with the packet didn't work so I had to use one from another device I own. It's been set up for a few days and now I have to unplug and replug the HDMI cord to get the monitor to read the computer. So maybe the screen was the problem not the cord. Also the modem does not fully light up as pictured. Not sure if it faulty lighting or false advertising. ... show more
