We didn’t have any problems like most of the reviews say. It was easy to setup, the light quality is great, the price for the money is great. The speed is a little slower I’m sure that is due to not having a WiFi booster. But I’m going to get one and will update on if boosting the speed will make it run faster. Don't buy this. I ordered it and the stand broke cause it wasn't even the right one meant for this monitor. Plus the PC was HP and the monitor was Lenovo. The speakers don't work. And I had to get a power cord delivered because there wasn't one in the box. Terrible item. I want a refund.

I liked that it came a day early, got it all set up in 20 mins. Im not a fan of the keyboard and speakers but I dont care about that. Anyway I very pleased after seeing negative reviews I was scared it was gonna be a joke but it wasnt its what you pay for.

It was a present for my grandson. It’s awesome and he loves it, but that the speakers don’t work to reach out to customer service and fix the situation but other than the speakers everything else is wonderful. Why I Took out the one star due to the speakers.

Orderd this item as a Christmas gift for my 9year old wanted to see how he did with it before paying $2k on a nice gaming computer. Worst purchase I've ever received off Amazon got it and 1st thing there was no keyboard or mouse I. The box contacted there customer service traight to voice-mail did get a call back an hour later and was promised to be sent the missing items however it didn't end there i decided to use a wireless set I had to check the computer out when I opened the packaging it was even worse the face of the tower just fell completely off then after lookin it wasnt even the computer I had ordered. It was supposed to be a hp elite desk the one sent was an hp rp5800 two very different cpu's. But then I open the screen looked to be a nice samsung monitor but no as soon as I unfolded the stand boom the whole base is cracked idk why I didn't stop at this point but I kept going. I used a spare keyboard and mouse to get it hooked up set up and tested starts up fine but making strange hard drive sounds get to set up screen and guess what please hook up ethernet cable no wifi wich it was supposed to have per the item description or I wouldn't have even bothered at that point I just put it all back in the box contacted Amazon for a return and went straight to ups this was yesterday now let's see what I end up going through to get my refund! ... show more

The price you cannot beat it the speed is slow you cannot download you can go ahead and do all the steps so you can download an it still don't the speakers whispers bluetooth don't work I bought printer and it don't connect to anything but I just use my alexa setup was super easy did have trouble connecting to wifi but eventually it did condition is impeccable shape.you get what you pay for basically. Unfortunately , I had to send back but I really needed bluetooth and my other apps didn't work because nome were compatible for my small business.very beautiful though ... show more
