This item was listed as refurbished and in excellent condition. It was very slow and had a faded image in the background. It was shipped in a big box with bubble wrap and a plastic bag over it. There was no cushioning in the box to keep it from bumping around.

Came from a school. Charger was very wore out and nasty, still had tape residue on it. Laptop HP design was colored red. Screen what wiped with a wet towel, Back missing screws, red stuff all over it and sticker residue on it and had something wrote on it.
