Got this for my girlfriend for Chirstmas and got the upper version with more ram and hard storage. So far it's worked really well and it's very fast. We'll see how it is going forward but for now it's been great and she's been very happy with it.

I purchased this laptop in 2021. After 1 year of usage the screen started braking apart from the keyboard and it looked like it was going to damage the wires that go to the screen as I could see them from where it was braking. I got it fixed because it was still under the warranty. That was in 2022, now a year later the same issue is happening again. This is not a damage caused by dropping or any other type of accident, it is simply a thing that happens to this computer after about a year of regular usage (opening and closing the laptop). I believe the screws that attach both parts and the plastic where the metal hinges are attached to are not very well designed to withstand the repetitive action of opening and closing. Now, if you plan to use this laptop like a regular person and not leaving it always open on your desk than DON'T BUY THIS. I am very frustrated with this product. Other than this physical damage that eventually might lead to the total destruction of the screen and cease my ability to use it, it is still working software wise. ... show more
