Just like the other computer. Some are big and some are small. I always use smaller one. Lighter and I can easily carry. I use this computer for my laser engraver/cutter machine. More versatile than a desktop. Fast and responsive. There's nothing to say against this product for now.

My previous Lenovo 17.3" laptop had insufficient RAM, and a keyboard that was small and difficult to type on. Either the small ram or outdated hardware seemed to be hobbling Windows OS This new hp 20GB 17.3 right out of the gate is fast and plays Windows more zippy, basic screenshot is almost instant. The vendors directions to switch out of S mode by going to the store were easy to follow. This keyboard is larger and easier but not perfect, bring back the Compaq keyboard design circa 2010 and i'd rate this 5 star across the board. I don't use touchscreen and disabled it in device manager. ... show more

Only problem I had was the s mode (?) and hooking it up to a printer. One a friend decided I didn't need that I have had no problems.
