I the laptop I purchased was defective. I worked with support but wasn't able to resolve the issue. I returned it, the vendor received it on 10/4. I still have not received a refund after 28 days. They vendor won't issue me a refund because the machine is "lost in processing"; since I have a receipt from UPS, they "lost" it themselves. I’m keeping my 7-year-old laptop (also an HP) as it still works well but I wanted an upgrade. So this one is a tad smaller, but that makes it easier to cart around. It easily picked up on all my “stuff” because of my Microsoft account, so startup was easy.
