I bought this bed during prime day (reg $400 and got it for $300). The bed is very sturdy and the gold does not look cheap. The details are beautiful and the color is very rich. I am a plus size girlie and the bed is very supportive and does not squeak (baby making approved ☺️) . I ordered the king size frame and I used a 12in box spring and a 14 in mattress and the headboard is still very tall. It took me about 1-1 1/2 hours to put it together by myself. OMG! I love it . It's easy to build, look very expensive and you can add boxspringto raise it higher if you like higherbed , you rstill gonna see the headboard. Color is perfect, very sturdy Don't weight go for it .
