There was some minor damage due to delivery, but Customer Service fixed the problem immediately. They really stood by their product and were very responsive to my emails. I was impressed. The greenhouse itself is beautiful. The ad says it takes 12 hours for 3 DIY Enthusiasts, but it took 25 hours for two old people. Arthritis sucks. The instructions could have been more precise. Mostly it used pictures to show you how to place each channel, and the illustrations weren't always enough to get it right the first time. You could anchor the building either into the earth or on a raised surface. We built a wood deck for the greenhouse to keep it off the dirt and bolted it into the wood directly. I think it'll be much more secure this way. Once you have the base in (and squared), the rest goes up pretty easily. It's intimidating to see so many parts, but I can assure you, they do bolt together perfectly. I laid out all the channel into groups so I could find each number as we needed it. It helps to be meticulous in following directions. The only thing I didn't like about this kit was the way the windows locked down. I think that could've been designed more efficiently. But the rest of the kit was very nice, and the seller was supportive. I've looked at many different greenhouses. A ready made one was out of my price range, and kits varied greatly. Most were flimsy, but this one was sturdy as soon as the cross braces were in. We're currently experiencing 25mph winds, and you don't feel a thing inside the greenhouse. Now that it’s finished, the greenhouse looks great, and is super sturdy. It is definitely worth the money. The instructions were kind of terrible. Read through the entire book and make your own plan. If you follow it in the order it gives you, you’ll have to undo/redo some steps. It would be way easier with two people, but one handy person can do it alone. I (38F) put this together by myself in about 15 hours. I also recommend getting good ground spring anchors if you get wind higher than 8mph or this things blowing over. I learned this the hard way, so I can’t say enough about how sturdy the frame is. ... show more

My husband built this alone after work and weekends - took about three weeks that way with one person (I have some health issues and couldn’t help much.) It is perfect and beautiful and very sturdy. He was an Air Force engineer, and was impressed with the design and stability.

I recently purchased the HOWE 14x9.5x9 FT Polycarbonate Greenhouse, hoping for a durable and reliable structure to support my gardening needs. Unfortunately, this product has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge potential buyers to steer clear of it. 1. Poor Quality Materials: The first thing that struck me about this greenhouse was the subpar quality of the materials. The polycarbonate panels are flimsy and feel incredibly cheap. It’s hard to believe this is meant to withstand any sort of weather, let alone provide a stable environment for plants. 2. Cheap and Unreliable Hardware: The hardware provided – bolts, joints, and all – is of extremely low quality. The pieces barely fit together, and I was constantly worried that they would break while I was assembling the structure. Even after painstakingly putting it together, the whole thing felt unstable and unsafe. 3. Not Wind Resistant: The greenhouse is advertised as being suitable for outdoor use, but it does not hold up to even moderate wind. I experienced issues with the panels coming loose, and the entire structure felt like it could topple over at any moment. If you live in an area that experiences anything more than a light breeze, this product is simply not safe. 4. Defective Windows: To add to the frustration, the greenhouse came with defective windows that do not function properly. This further compromises the structure’s stability and makes it even less suitable for use. The defective parts are just another indication of the poor quality control and lack of care that went into this product. 5.
