The media could not be loaded. Shipped very fast one week before Christmas! Assembled out the box in 20 mins. Brakes and Chain tension were set out of the box. Recommends a 50:1 pre mix but a 40:1 did work. We got our pre mix from autozone. Walmart had it too. Within the first week we had to do maintenance to a few of the bolts on the plastic covers over the frame. But it was expected. Chain came loose after week 2 but it was an easy fix with the provided maintenance instructions. Killswitch wire did brake after week 2 but also an easy fix with customer support. A work around for the killswitch is to toggle to a cold start on the engine when it’s running. Overall very happy with price, quality and my 8 year old son loves it! Didn’t come with the proper size bolt for the bearings, pieces were broken off before taken out of the box (found pieces in the bottom of box) The owners manual came with 2 imagines not even describing or showing how to assemble it.

All Decals bubbled on arrival. Pull cord handle broke on second day of use. Plastic guard by engine melted some on first day my son rode it due to engine heat. So Much more. All you have to do is set up the bike correctly and make sure you adjust everything properly and it runs great. It starts up right away. Make sure the rear brake and chain is adjusted correctly and it rolls great. The throttles it trash but other than that, its a great deal.

Christmas gift for my 5 year old daughter. She got the hang of it in 2 days, husband says it was an easy assemble and the best damn chainsaw we've ever bought. Drives great, even on grass and dirt trails, and she's dropped it and dumped it a few times and it still holds up very well. Well worth the money! Choke on means Choke is off for some odd assembly reason. Edit to add, The seat has been causing major issues for my now 6 year old. Even her first time riding she complained it hurt when she peed right after. Everytime since same complaint. I'm debating ripping the seat apart and replacing with better cushioning. Essentially the padding and placement of seat along with the vibrations while riding are causing a friction chaffing in the worst spot imaginable. Seat is definitely not made with any female riders in mind. Definitely disappointing. She's debated getting rid of the bike all together because of this. What was supposed to be the best gift ended up causing physical and emotional pain for her. ... show more
