I charged the battery for 8 hours and followed the provided instructions, yet the battery seems to be dead or malfunctioning. Very happy with my bike It was Shipped very quick and arrived fast and on time my only complaint is that when the driver delivered it they left it upside down on our front porch but I’m not upset about it cuz nothing was damaged or anything me and my daddy put it together it it’s awesome so I recommend but in the future the driver needs to be really super careful when delivering and not leave it upside down :) ! ... show more

    • Bike won’t start. Battery could be dead.

The bike is well built. However, when I assembled the bike, it won’t start. I charged the battery for 5-6 hours, followed the instructions but the battery seems dead or the electrical system could be broken as well. I emailed the support and waiting for the response. Giving one star for now. Will update the review if the issue is resolved. I am planning to return the bike if I don’t hear from the support for another week. It’s frustrating to have the bike in front of you but you can’t take it outside for the spin. Very disappointed. Update: I received the replacement battery in a week and I am changing the rating to 4 star. The bike motor is fairly powerful and I was able to climb very steep roads very easily. The battery runs for a longer time if you use the pedal assist only when necessary. I love the bike overall. I will update the review once I use it for a longer time. ... show more

Like the color, but that’s all of it. Get the bike and assembled it fast , charged the battery for about 4 hours before first ride. Power is weak, can’t even climb any slope that my other 3 ebike can do it easily. The worst part is the battery died when the trip shows at about 8 miles, before it dead I can see the screen still shows at half of the battery. I have to manually peddle it back! Not recommended, unless you love the color which is unique and beautiful. Spend hundreds dot just for the unique colors! ... show more

Initially, this bike seemed like a rare find. Turns it’s out too good to be true. CONS: Shipping box had SIGNIFICANT damage. Box damage was annotated in UPS delivery notes as well. Bicycle shipped with front disc brake being inoperable. Front light was broken/unattached. The front wheel/tyre is wobbly and has major damage on 1 of the 3 arms of the inside rim. Any attempts to tighten the front wheel results in being unable to rotate due to poor placement of screws near the disc bumping into bike frame (this is so bad!). The carriage/seat is not able to be securely tightened. Rear tyre and wheel rub on disc brake...There’s more but we’ll stop there. Simply put this particular bike was damaged during shipping and poorly put together and unable to safely ride. If you purchased this ebike and are able to ride + enjoy it, then count your lucky stars as you are a rare breed! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my first e-bike! It was very easy to assemble and came nicely packed. I charged up the battery, inflated the tires and went for a ride, I was blown away! This bicycle is smooth even without electrical assist. The build quality is superb! This is how the electrical assist actually works; every mode is programmed to maintain a certain speed, the motor will kick on to help you maintain that speed. However, if you use the throttle you can adjust the speed as you like and if you hold it all the way for a few seconds, it goes into cruise mode, here are the speeds I have observed for every mode, Mode 5 - 18 mph ; this uses the most battery and you can travel a little over 18 miles in one hour on a full battery charge. Mode 4 - 15 mph Mode 3 - 12 mph Mode 2 - 9 mph Mode 1 - 5 mph Mode 0 - no assist If you want to go the advertised 30 mile range on a full battery charge, you’ll have to cruise on a flat road, no head wind, bike head light off, on mode 2 it will take you about 3 hours and 30 minutes to travel 30 miles and if you pedal it can reach about 40 ish this is because obviously the motor is using way less power. However, you won’t reach these advertised speeds on the higher modes if you do you’ll find yourself recharging the battery every day. When the battery is charged the charger light will turn green, there is no way to overcharge the battery. Overall, a great purchase! I highly recommend it. If you have questions, ask! ... show more

The bike works fine for short term use.However it's batteries need to be charged every 10 miles or so at least for me. The biggest problem is it's electric screen lack of whether proofing that screen is in control of the whole bike.So if the high humidity causes water to build up in the screen the whole bike is shot until it dries out if it happens regularly the screen is fried.Then you have to pedal a bike that weights a ton it's not fun.
