The product claims to be Self-Priming. It is not, will not draw liquid into it if there is an empty hose to the pump. Does work well once the pump is primed with liquid. Although it will not push liquid out of the exit hose once the inlet hose is dry, resulting in lost product still in the hose which will not drain with the pump attached. Also, the product description from Fermtech states it includes a 17" Stainless Steel Racking Cane. It does not. It is only a 12" plastic racking tube as shown in the picture. ... show more
