First, ignore the enclosed instructions and find a YouTube video to see how to put this together. The good news: All the necessary parts were packed in the box, and everything fit. The two things I've missed since quitting the gym in the early days of Covid were leg exercises--which I'm using a couple of tib bars for--and a machine like this abdominal trainer, something I only discovered in the last days of my membership. I hate using my ab wheel, and nothing I've tried was really doing the job. This might be the answer. I could feel the burn in my abs after my first couple of sets. I go to great lengths to avoid other abdominal exercises, but I've used this device every day since I got it, and it's definitely working. And finding an exercise you're likely to keep doing is half the battle. This is a simple machine that takes up very little space even when it's set up, though it's lightweight and easy to move and/or fold up. It's adjustable, so you can make your crunches progressively harder to do, and feels stable. There's even a display to keep track of your workouts, though there's no explanation of how to read it and I haven't yet figured it out. Personally I don't care. Using the instructions to assemble this machine was a very tiresome process. I looked up a video instead and had it set up properly in no time at all. It's incredibly light weight and easy to store when not in use. I was a bit nervous to use this when I realized how light this machine was. However, I'm pleased to say the weight is very deceiving because it holds up very well to different body types and weights. I have only used this for a few weeks and every persons body is different, but if you're patient you should see some results from using this machine. ... show more

This is a great Ava machine! Comes with all of the tools you need for assembly and assembly wasn’t very hard! It works well and the padding is comfortable!

    • An excellent work out for your abs
The directions were not as clear as I thought they should have been, but we finally figured it out. Works well for a quick ab workout. I would love to see a sturdier material for this, but it does what it is supposed to do.
