  • Great Value, looks great, works amazing!
Style: with Side Soap Dispenser Color: Brushed Nickel
Our brand name faucet started making a weird nose when it was on non spray mode from over usage. We are a family of 6 so the kitchen sink never shuts off. Ordered this because we host Christmas Eve dinner and wanted it fixed. Didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money without proper research but boy was I surprised ! My husband installed it in about 2 hours (half of the time was spent taking off the old one) and it’s amazing and looks great! I will echo the reviews on how much pressure it has. It took me a couple days to not open it (by habit) all the way up. Worth the money Looks great Easy to install if you’re handy I was prepared to spend $200+ so this was a nice surprise. Thank you! ... show more

  • Installation was easy
Style: with Side Soap Dispenser Color: Brushed Nickel
I have installed faucets in the past, so I did not go in to this as a complete novice. One thing I found refreshing is the "new" method of the retainers. We used to have to use a faucet wrench, which is a royal pain in the posterior. This had longer plastic tubes with threaded brass inserts. The tubes have ridges on the side to improve your grip while tightening or loosening. The instructions could have been better. There are some plastic washers and rubber rings that I would call washers, but the instructions weren't clear which were the "o-rings," of which there were none that actually fit that description. I believe I might have some plastic rings (between the retainer and the not-o-ring) that I may or may not have needed to install. Worst case, I've got a bit more surface area compressing the rubber washer on the bottom. The soap dispenser works better than any soap dispenser I've ever had. The soap stays up near the exit, so you need pump only once to get more than enough soap. When I first tried it after priming, I got way too much soap, so have learned to press it just a tiny bit to get enough soap. I even prefer it to my touchless soap dispenser that sits immediately beside this one. The weight was easy to position. For anti-backflow purposes, I did not allow the extendable head to go below the rim of the sink, but if one did not care about backflow (because one likes clostridium botulinum and e coli, no doubt), one could install the weight to allow the head to extend much further. The finish is true brushed nickel that matches the rest of our decor. The operation of the valve is good, and flows are adequate. I have given this a 5 star rating, because I could find nothing about it that was not correctly done. ... show more

  • Love And Hate
Style: with Side Soap Dispenser Color: Brushed Nickel
This faucet feels like a cross between a wall-mounted pot filler and a pull-down kitchen faucet. My 2 main likes are the high water pressure and the fact that it's a 2 hole faucet. In comparison, 1 hole faucets have the control lever built into the side of the spout and I'm not a fan of that design. My 2 main gripes are the installation gaskets and nuts, plus the on/off lever function (see cons below). Now that I've installed and used this faucet a few times, I've decided to keep it and hope it lasts for a few years. It is a high quality, well-built unit that gets the job done. But as with all modern faucets, this is a disposable unit and I plan to get a different model next time. I honestly can't decide if I recommend this faucet or not. I love it and I hate it. PROS Price! No, this is not comparable to a $300 unit. But for 70 bucks, this faucet easily out-performs most $100 units. Everything is metal inside and out. Fit and finish is excellent. Amazing full water pressure! Not a water saver. I measured exactly 3 gpm! You will fill a bucket INSANELY fast. It only takes SECONDS for hot water to get from the hot water tank to the faucet. But even so, the aerator does a good job of controlling that pressure, keeping "most" of the water in the sink. But if you spray directly into an empty bowl or glass at full tilt, and you have city water (like I do), you'll definitely wear it. I personally LOVE it. All faucets should have this kind of pressure, period. Spout setting resumes after turning off and back on again. In other words, if you set spout in spray position, it will stay in the spray position forever, no matter how many times you turn the faucet on or off. Same goes for stream position. Too many other faucets always default to the stream position, but this one lets you choose. Temperature position is resumed after turning off and back on again. In other words, you can turn the faucet off and back on again while it stays all the way to the left on hot or all the way to the right on cold. It does not default to the center/middle position when you turn it off, like many other frustrating faucets do. Comes with 2 metal (not plastic) braided hoses that have 3/8 inch hookup connectors. Quality 1/2 inch adapters and washers that screw directly on to those 3/8 connectors are in the box in case you need them. Works in either 2 or 4 hole sinks (adapter plate included). Control lever is easy to operate and requires very little effort to swivel in any direction. CONS There is no magnet to keep spray head up inside the spout. There is a weight under the sink that does a decent job of pulling it back up, but it does not stay "clicked" into position and the aerator likes to wander out of the spout after turning water on/off, requiring you to push it back in often. Control lever from full off to full on (up and down) is a very short distance compared to other 2 hole faucets I've installed. Adjusting pressure from low to high is tricky and annoying because of the short up and down distance. (However, on the plus side, the distance from left to right (full hot to full cold) has a normal distance, making that setting easy to modulate.) So they got it half right and half wrong. The trigger to switch from stream to spray is unusual. It's a one-button on/off style "clicker", NOT a 2 position toggle rocker. So there is only ONE button, not two. To switch from spray to stream (or vice versa) you press and release (click-click) that button. So it's 2 clicks (click-click) to change from one mode to the other. More expensive faucets that provide the same spray mode resume function that this one has, use TWO buttons instead - one dedicated to stream and the other dedicated to spray, making the transition MUCH more functional. I'd be willing to spend more money next time to get this feature. Installation was NOT easy compared to other 1 or 2 hole faucets I've installed. All the water hookups were easy to assemble, that was fine. However, tightening both shafts for the spout and control lever to the sink was anything but simple. The gaskets that go above and below the sink are small and slippery, making it impossible to fully secure the spout and control lever. Two people are definitely needed, one above and one below to crank each side down extremely tight, to the point that you may break the gaskets and/or bend the sink! But even after all this tightening, if you try to turn the spout or control lever shafts with enough force, they will still move. So unless you have your own hardware, you may get frustrated trying to secure everything. I used the gaskets and seals from my prior 2 hole faucet and they worked perfectly without any effort at all. Therefore I was able to do the installation myself - and without over-tightening. So it was worth installing everything twice, but rather annoying. I hope you found this review helpful. ... show more

  • Looks good, breaks quickly

Unfortunately, I can not recommend. Our plumber installed and it loosens up right away. We tightened it and it keeps loosening and eventually the entire faucet broke. Water was everywhere.
