The gold bells are very quiet and there are only 3 of them. So if you live in a small area and don’t want loud bells, that’s perfect for you. Luckily the other bells are louder so we can hear our puppy trying to get out from across the house. Both very cute. I like how it came with a free chew toy and whistle. It looks good, but the quality is not great. I didn't return it and it does the job it says it will do but I don't think it is a very durable product and will need to be replaced within the year.
