The kit is excellent as it has more sizes than in a normal hex set. The down side is the larger sizes broke off the locking tabs that hold the tools in place. The plastic is too brittle and it kit was shipped in a thin bag with out proper packing.

I don't have a great deal of need for allen wrenches, but when I need them, nothing else will do. I have been using the standard L-shaped allen wrenches since I was a kid, and while they did the job, they were hard on my hands and frequently not long enough or able to get to the place where needed because of a bad angle. I decided to splurge and bought this set recently...and I like them very much. I mostly use them to work on my bicycle and use them to adjust the handlebars, the seat post, the steerer, and the brakes. These have performed as well as I had hoped they would and I'm glad I took the plunge. My only complaint is that the holder for all the wrenches is somewhere between just OK and really not that nice. It holds the wrenches, but it is inelegant and not all the wrenches stay the way I want them. Finally, I have not had them all that long so I cannot speak to their durability. However, as much as I use them I'm sure they will outlast me. So in all, don't get me wrong...this is still a great upgrade and I'm happy with my purchase...it just could have been a little more satisfying overall. I would still recommend them. ... show more

The set is complete and for the most part works very well. The hardness of the steel on the smaller sizes is a problem. It will some times spin in the screw head if the screw is torqued down. The bigger sizes are not a problem but I had a lot of frustration with the 2.0 MM size not being able to deal with screws correctly. For the price not bad but I really wish they had designed better on the smaller sizes. The key on the side is fine but it is often not convenient. If they were harder steel they would be more durable in the smaller size. ... show more

I always hated searching for the correct size of allen wrench when working on something. This set allows me to easily store away when not in use and when I do need them, I don't need to search all over the place. The T-handle also allows for getting to bolts that might be way down inside something and the ball allows for different angles.
