    • Wouldn’t recommend for use on a hard floor.
The puzzle itself is fine, our pup figured it out pretty quickly, but it wouldn’t be fair to ding the company for that. My gripe is with the cheap hard plastic this thing is made of. You know that nails on a chalkboard type sound that hard plastic makes on other hard surfaces? That high pitched scratching sound that makes your skin crawl? Maybe it’s just me… but in any case, this thing makes those types of sound when used on a hard surface floor. I absolutely hate it. My whole place has hard floor and I’ve just ended up not using this at all unless it’s on the one rug that I own or outside. It’s just super inconvenient. I would have loved for the bottom of this puzzle to not have sharp edges so it wouldn’t rub as much or have some sort of rubber grip on the bottom to prevent it altogether. We’ll see how much use this thing gets. I’m confident it’ll last forever because I hardly use it. 5/10 would recommend - if you have soft surfaces where you live, I’d give it a 9/10, otherwise, I’d keep looking around. ... show more

I bought this to make my puppy work for his food, but he figured it out so quickly and can eat his food about as fast as if it were in his bowl. It was a really great puzzle starter, but I should have started him with something more difficult- that's on me. He has tons of work-to-eat toys and we use this the least ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Its made of light plastic and can easily be moved around so if your dog is rough on toys maybe pick something bigger and stronger. My blue heeler/dachshund mix loves it and figured it out in 15 secs
