Then I took an old clean rag and wiped up the left over and easily buffed it out. It surprised me to see no streaks and now a nice little shine to the countertop. This product worked great to restore a beautiful sheen to my old and hazed Corian countertop. The photo shows the before on the right and with the product on the left. I was thrilled... Until I tried to actually use my counter. Anything -- and I mean anything -- set on the surface left a mark. A bowl. An apple. A piece of paper. I thought maybe I hadn't buffed the surface enough and did it again but still the marks. I thought maybe it had to cure or dry longer. Four days later it was still happening. It took thoroughly scrubbing the countertop to get it to a point where I could use it without marks, but at that point all traces of the polish were gone and the counter was back to its dull self again. So many raved about this product so I don't know if I did something wrong (even though I followed the product instructions) or I got a bad batch, or what. It really did put a great sheen on it, so I'm disappointed I'm having this issue. ... show more

I had bought this to be able to polish an existing corian top. So glad I did a sample first. As you can see it's duller than the counter tops that haven't been polished in 12-15 years. Luckily I was able to strip it down again and using a gel gloss, get it back to about the same as the countertops. Was hoping to get more of a shine than the tops. ... show more
