    • Can't be assembled as intended
It is impossible to assemble correctly. I do not say "it is difficult to assemble correctly": I say "it is impossible to assemble correctly." The holes are drilled in the wrong places and do not line up no matter how much funny business you try. I had to snap off two of the pegs, leaving them just poking out, once I realized that the pegs and screws could not both align with their holes. You will have to choose, pegs or screws, but not both. Sometimes, neither peg nor screw will align: I had to use my own hammer and nail for two sections. The delivery date changed twice and took two and a half weeks. (Based on the aforementioned problems, maybe they were building the thing from scratch.) Then the package arrived beat up with water damage plus some small scratches on the desk itself. Only order this if you're very, very patient and at least a little bit handy with tools. ... show more

Not all the pieces were labeled for assembly. Also, I needed to contact the seller for a replacement drawer (our fault) and had no response. There is no phone # available to call. The product was exactly what we were looking for, but there is no customer service available. And because of that I give only a 2 star rating. ... show more

This product came with horrible directions and not all the holes to screw together the desk. Quite impossible to put together. Over all the desk is good quality for the price

I was forced to file a return, as it came with several pieces of plywood and an assortment of screws and dowels, but no instructions. I attempted to contact the seller to no avail. Zero stars.
