It's not the highest quality paint, but it is fabulous for art journals, crafting, and generally futzing around. I even used it to paint some shoes. (omg, so adorable) It's a great assortment of colors, and fills in some holes in my collection. They dry really quickly, so keep a spray bottle handy to keep your palette moist. I used this "cobalt blue" paint along with other colors from the same paint line to color paper geometric models. The web site said "cobalt blue," but the bottle said "COBALT HUE." It was certainly NOT the color of cobalt blue, although it was sold at the same steep price as the true item. However, it was nicely opaque and dried to a matte sheen as desired.
