This set of "camping" cooking utensils is exceptional and covers almost all needs. The only things missing are the pots and pans. The silverware is far more robust than I might have expected, as are the serving and cooking spoons and spatula. In fact, the only things I might have considered more "camping" grade are the cups and bowls, and they are a heavy duty plastic. The whole set is a bit too bulky and heavy for backpacking, but if one only packs what will be needed (proper number of forks, spoons, cooking spoon, etc.), it is much more manageable. For car camping or just picnics, the whole set being in one bag comes in handy. We have been trying to be more careful about not using so many disposable picnic items, and this set gives me a much greater ability to go beyond my previous limits. The items included are good quality but not amazing. For the price (currently $30) and what you get, it's a great value though. You get basically everything you need for camp cooking other than the actual pan/pot and stove. The utensils are all stainless steel, not the thickest but don't bend with light use. The knife is cheap steel but sharp enough for kitchen tasks. The cups, plates, and cutting board are plastic but work fine. The bag is made of nice durable material and has decent organization pockets and elastic straps to keep things in place and accessible, although there is some room for improvement. Overall a great value if you're getting started with cooking and need everything. All the items are usable and will last reasonably well, although if you are buying for a kitchen or get really into camping you will probably find yourself slowly replacing items over time. ... show more

This is a great camp kitchen in a bag. It has a good knife, cutting board, four cups, four plates, two spice jars, two serving silverware, two cooking utensils, tongs, vegetable peeler, bottle opener, and I am sure I am missing some of it This is a great set for a couple or small groups camping. This camping dining set comes with all the essential to cook and service 4 people. Everything comes packaged neatly in a zippered carry pouch for easy storage and keeping everything neatly together. The quality of the materials and utensils were higher than I was expecting as the are not lightweight plastic and metal, they are fairly solid. It's night that this set comes with a vegetable peeler and a chef knife with a protective sheath as well as utility scissors which many sets don't come with. I like how they have 4 different colors for the plates and cups, so people can recognize whose cup/plate is whose. You can tell the people that designed this set put some thought into what items to include for a camping set. You could use this for a very involved picnic but there's so much stuff here it could be useful for a college apartment! the silverware is standard stainless steel just like most silverware and the plates and cups are a durable plastic that should hold up well. everything in this kit is of decent quality and was clearly chosen to be durable as well as inexpensive. the bag it all comes in is definitely cheap and despite looking like a backpack it has no straps. I would expect the stitching on the bag to wear out quickly, but even then the value for money here is so good, I really don't care. ... show more

This kit really does come with every single thing a camper or group of campers could possibly need or want except the kitchen sink. The tools are high quality and plentiful for giving you everything you would need whether you are camping or riding in an RV and need something space saving. You are given place settings for four people and the cups and plates are color coded so nobody will forget who’s dish is who’s. You got the camping essentials you need for your next trip. I like going fishing in the jetties and I like to camp while doing it at the same time, I want to cook right away what I have caught. This product is something that works for me. The plates and utensils are must-have. The knives and peelers are made of quality material but I'm still determining how long the sharpness will last, although you can always sharpen them. This company made it so easy to make sure you have the essentials you need all in one bag. The utensils are better than what you have at home. They truly thought of items for prepping, cooking eating and drinking. The dinner set is for 4 people. Matching 4 plates and 4 cups, 4 set of silverware. To complement this is quality glass salt and pepper shakers, high quality knife and cutting board (I would have never remembered to bring that) a peeler, scissors and the wine opener.
