The material is ok, appears very strong and scratch resistant. The doors are large and the top opens like a large lid & is easy to operate, very convenient. The wheels are sturdy and the cage rolls around on a hard surface very easy. It is light enough 2 people can also lift it. The instructions however, were written by an incompetent 5 year old. Had to take apart and put back together several times due to poor instructions, sections backwards, etc. It doesn't explain the correct screws to use, when/where to use the bolt/nut, etc. Incorrect number of hardware pieces also. I have several of these, still need to get a couple more. I use potty pads underneath for easier clean up for the puppies. I do have one dog approx. 20lbs that likes to jump on the door when I approach so the wire bars have bend alittle but still holding strong.

    • Great Quality and Fantastic Customer Service
I have 2 small dogs, 8 and 10 lbs, 1 that has terrible separation anxiety. I ordered this crate to be able to have them next to each other but separated to avoid any issues with the anxious one getting on the calm one's nerves. First problem was I realized I ordered the triple set of crates instead of just one. Not sure how I did that but between all the research and seeing all the same pictures on the site I was a little confused. I messaged the company about it through the Amazon App and got an immediate reply confirming I did order 3 crates. I explained what I wanted and they offered to submit a recall for the other 2 crates and deduct that cost from my refund or deliver the crates and I send them back and pay for the shipping. Well I researched both options and again messaged the seller and got another fast reply about how much it would cost to issue the recall - it was WAY cheaper than I could have gotten trying to ship them back myself, not to mention the hassle of 2 large heavy boxes. I was afraid I would get the wrong one delivered, but they got it right and the one I wanted was delivered without issue. The crate arrived in excellent shape although one bar in the front was bent - a little disappointing but not terrible. It took 2 of us about 20 - 30 minutes to put together - The directions could definitely use some improvement - they are not that easy to understand - you can figure it out, but it just takes a bit longer since the instructions are very minimal. I've had my dogs in the crate during the day for several days now. The anxious one, who has chewed the bars off of 3 previous crates and was able to get another crate's door latch open, has been safely contained! The ONLY problem is that he figured out how to slide the middle divider out. I messaged the company and again got an instant reply - they do not have a way to secure the divider but suggested I try zip ties which I will although the dogs seem to be fine together - I just slide the divider in when they eat for now. My only other challenge is how to be able to get this over to my pet sitters house when I'm out of town - not being collapsible does give it the added strength I need so I guess I will get pretty good at taking it apart, at least some of the way and putting it back together. Several features that are particularly helpful: The bowl stands - you can easily take them out, change the location, etc. the feeding door is also handy without leaving any holes or anything for the dog to chew on or try to weaken / use to try and get out. Overall very happy with the product and super happy with the customer service. The slide out tray beneath the metal cage bottom - makes cleaning up after the dog way easier. Keeps the living area of the crate cleaner and more sanitary. The carabiner clips that are included for the door latches - a very helpful detail that I think many companies would decide to do without. I really like the divider, one of the reasons I chose this crate, but do wish there was some way to secure it in an official way / using the same hardware that you put the rest of the crate together with. All around good value for the money and the customer service exceeded my expectations. ... show more

Overall I was pleased with the cage now not as much. Both my dogs are full grown and have lots of space. I wasn’t sure if it’d be big enough but it’s perfect size wise. I was upset one of the poles had a defect but I was able to assemble the cage anyway. I don’t like that the top isn’t more secured. My dogs are able to hit the top until it falls off into the cage. That’s dangerous so I have to put something with weight on top to avoid this. My male Frenchie was able to get his front paw trapped in the bars of the cage floor. I’ve provided a picture for reference. This is a safety hazard and needs to be adjusted. We had to cut him free. The wheels are able to lock which is great for keeping the cage in place. The cage is very easy to clean and assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. I recommend buying this cage for your fur babies comfort but maybe adding a mat to the floor. ... show more

I loved it for my dog's I loved everything about this except I wish the owl holder was welded into the cage door and I wish that maybe there was a criss cross design on the bowl holders at the bottom so that my dog's or other dogs don't go under it and try to push bowl from underneath so the bowls fall out other then that the cage is verry well built love the divider idea as well and the trays for cleaning incase of excadent love that it's bigger then my previous cage and the flooring and all easy to remove for cleaning ... show more

I needed large heavy kennels that could hold bigger dogs. So far it's held a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who was on the larger side, a Chowchow, and a German Shepherd. They all didn't break out, or break the kennel. Although, I don't know anything of the sort of leaving a dog in it for more than 1-2 hours at a time, as I use them in my grooming salon and only kennel them for maybe a little under an hour. I absolutely love them, they seem sturdy, solid and it's easy to open/close, the dividers are solid and can be removed. The only major FLAW is the bottom, as I feel any dog can get it's toes or nails caught/stuck, I don't feel it's safe but you can fix it with a matt, and a solid washable puppy pad. Anything to just not get those toes or nails caught. Otherwise, great purchase. ... show more
