Very easy to use. Fill with water, add the essential oil and turn on. Use with the multicolored lights or none. Can set the timer to how long it runs. Shuts off automatically at the end of timer setting or when out of water. Love how the mist projects out into the room, via the slit in the edge of the cover. The other types just have a whole in the top of the cover and only rise above the difusser and mist just drops on the cover or surface the difuser is setting on. This one projects way into the room and eventually you can smell it throughout the whole house. I purchased 2 of this type, and put one on each end of my 1800sq ft, ranch home and my whole house smells good from morning till night. I do find that, as with all difusers, you need more than a few drops of essential oils, to make your house smell the best. All this for under $20. Beats the output of the more expensive ones. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Does not hold 500 ml this product only holds 370 to 380 ml depending on how close to the Max fill line you get it. I've only had this for 2 weeks with barely any use the purple and blue light no longer come on. The light showing what mode it is in is way too bright and interferes with the color changing lights. I had an older model that worked perfect for 2 years. Until one day I came home and there was water all over my counter. I took the device apart to see why there was water all over my counter and found that the plastic clip that holds the diffuser plate and rubber ring to keep it from leaking had completely melted into like a rubber type substance when it should be hard plastic. UPDATE FOR REPLACEMENT. I got a replacement, and it has issues with the light cycling thru the colors. It starts out slowly showing red turning into purple. Then when it cycles back to the red it only shows red for a flash. So, you don't get to see the colors slowly change. When you turn it on it auto sets to a 1-hour timer. The older models never did that, you actually had to select the timer mode if you wanted timer mode. The flashing white light showing you what mode it is in is annoying as well it messes with the color changing system like it is too bright and washes out some colors. I have it on my counter and my counter was soaked after using this. It is like it's not misting it enough or the fan is too weak because the mist doesn't go up hi and is rolling all over my counter. The old one never left a pool of water on my counter. I can't return it now either because Amazon want it shipped back in its original box, and I had to use it to return the last one because I threw that box away. The media could not be loaded. Just unboxed the product and honestly I love it! I thought it would be a slight bit bigger but that’s okay it still works great. I used a scent I ordered from TikTok shop a while back that I absolutely love, but didn’t have an oil diffuser. So this was my first choice and so far so good! I can’t really tell the difference between the “big” or “small” amount that comes out but overall still a good product. But could’ve been a little bit cheaper for the size of the product.
