I purchased this chandelier in May but didn't install it until November. Upon opening the box we find that there are 4 missing long hanging beads so we still hung it but have those missing facing the back of the bathroom. This light is beautiful. its the perfect size was not difficult to put up. a little time consuming with the crystals having to be put on the hanger wire things and hung individually but IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!! its a show stopper. putting the light part of it up was exactly like installing any other light until we got to the crystal part. so as long as you or whomever is installing it for you knows how to do basic electrical installations you shoukd have no problems. I am in love with it for sure. The only bulbs i have for it at the moment aren't all that bright but with better bulbs the amount of light this thing puts out is more than enough for a smaller room(mine is in my bathroom and there is also a light above the sink and i feel like it needs the better brighter bulbs in order to light it all up well) but the batroom is somewhere i need to be able to see very well to do makeup etc. ) I am not saying one word bad about this fixture i am just saying don't get it expecting it to light up a 12 by 12 room all by itself. its not just for looks though it does put off light efficiently it just only holds 3 small bulbs which can only do so much! i would put one in every room of my house it is so pretty so don't hesitate bling your house out with this beautiful chandelier ... show more

We were unprepared for that we found when opening the box. We had no idea what assembling this light would entail. We read several reviews that said it was an easy install. However, we had to watch several videos on YouTube to figure out how to install it. The instructions were terrible! So some online research was required. After getting as much info as we could gather, it took two of us 2 hours to install. Granted, the end result is beautiful and it truly lights up the room, but much better instructions would be very helpful to the novice like us. Everything needed was supplied, except light bulbs (as stated). There were a few crystals to spare, so we will save them in case needed later. ... show more
