This couch came in 2 large boxes. I liked that it took me literally a half hour to assemble this with my daughter. The color is spot on. Very nice fabric. The wood is a cheaper wood as well as the legs are cheap plastic. I like that if I want to change the way the couch is arranged, all I have to do is take it apart and do so. Very nice. This couch is large but not fluffy but is good enough to serve its purpose. Hopefully will prevent my kids from sleeping on it. I gave 4 stars for comfort because it is more on the firm side. And I gave 4 stars for sturdyness because I feel after a while, the legs may break. It's just not a great couch. You get what you pay for but like I said it is very pretty. I read some of the other reviews before purchasing and they were correct. I have a carpet so the couch wont slide apart but it is made that if I had a plain floor- it would definitely slide apart. This is a great sofa for someone starting out or with no kids or pets. I can see that wear n tear may happen quicker than normal. Gona do another review in a few months after using. ... show more

This couch arrived dissembled, which would've been fine if it weren't missing a bunch of pieces required for assembly! Four screws, four washers, and eight lock washers were missing, all of which I had to purchase myself. The packages containing the hardware were sealed in both of the boxes, and this coupled with other reviews citing missing pieces leads me to believe this is some sort product-wide error. Again, it's a decent couch for the price, but if you expect to have all of the pieces required for assembly from the get-go, perhaps take your business elsewhere. Update! It's been just about a year since I originally purchased this couch and the situation has gotten worse since then! Firstly, one of the elastic straps holding the corner cushion in place came undone, leading us to have to staple it back in ourselves. It has also become cracked in two places in the flimsy wooden support frame. Mind you, this is all through ordinary use. We have not been overly rough on this couch. We've simply used it for its intended purpose, sitting on it. If you think this is the couch for you, I implore you to keep searching. ... show more

My husband & I really enjoy our new sectional, it’s a little firm but I think over time it’ll get better. It wasn’t too bad to put together, it also came packed super well in the boxes. Very soft nice material & color. (We got the brown) I read a ton of reviews before purchasing, I was nervous but it was a good buy! The delivery driver was wonderful! Only complaint we have is the cushions slide around they should be velcrowed like the back cushions are. ... show more

So when this arrived, the delivery guys indicated they were not expecting to have to get the two giant boxes up to my 3rd floor apartment. Fortunately, I was able to sweet-talk them into doing so with promises of a generous tip. After carefully removing all of the pieces and sorting through every scrap of plastic and cardboard, I discovered that the bolts and washers needed for assembly were missing. I was able to figure out comparable replacements for the missing hardware and after a trip to Home Depot, I was back in business. Once put together, the couch looks great. The cushions are firm, but comfortable, and the subtle details really draw the eye. The fabric quality is nice, but the quality of the wood in the base is so-so. There were a few loose threads that I trimmed down with scissors as well. In general, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Points are deducted for missing hardware and delivery confusion as well as modest quality concerns. ... show more

I have 3 children and this couch does not withstand the use of 3 children. I purchased in 7/2019 and within a few months of purchasing, 1 of the cushion’s material ripped. I dealt with it by hiding and did reach out to support in February 2020 but never heard back. I brought this up with a couple different amazon representatives over the phone and was told to look out for an email from the team. I never received anything. Through covid it was not a priority and we hid the ripped side. Now I am outside the warranty, and the springs inside the cushion have completely sprung and the cushion is not salvageable. I called the company to find out how to purchase a new cushion and was told I would need to buy a whole couch. I am also told I’m out of warranty and nothing could be done now, even though I have email proof of my first inquiry to resolve this. This couch is not comfortable, and is not strong. If you need it for a room that is hardly used, then it’s fine. For actually family life it does not hold up. Other notes, the lining has completely shredded from underneath the cushions and the base. The spring in the ottoman have also sprung. It doesn’t affect our feet but don’t sit on it! The Velcro is not strong and the back cushions lean forward so the Velcro is visible. Other notes, the first seller we bought from never shipped the couch. Amazon helped us, credited our account and we purchased the couch through prime. I would not buy this couch again and would advise against it. It does not hold up at all. ... show more
