    • Great product, great price
This is obviously very similar to TRX but at a fraction of the price. Like the TRX, this is incredibly well built. All carabiners open and close easily and are stout and the webbing is quite thick and wide. I expected them to skimp in this area but they definitely did not. These handles are like the more expensive TRX rather than the lower end model, having a durable rubber on its handle. The cheaper TRX has foam on its handles, which I think is ridiculous. The only downside to this product is the height markings aren't there which makes it harder to reproduce the same exercise without a bit of trial and error. For literally a third of the price of TRX though, this is incredibly minor, and easily solved using a paint pen. ... show more

    • Very strong straps, need more instruction/tips for fitness newbies.
These are very strong straps that give me the ability to get a better at-home workout. It would be helpful if “installation” guide would have been included and, as someone that is not a fitness person, an exercise guide with what to do with the different exercises that can be done with this would be great. It did come with a card with 6 different exercises, but the images are not detailed enough to show section to use or how to connect them, so I would have to say that they aren’t that easy to use. They do come with a bag, so if you traveled a lot, you could take them with you. ... show more

    • cheap in price but great quality
Ever since suspension straps first became a thing, I've wanted one. I've exercised my entire life and strength training is one aspect of my training. But I couldn't see spending what the name brand suspension straps cost back then. So I stuck to resistance bands, dumbbells, weights, etc. which already gave me a great workout. When I saw this suspension strap set at such an affordable price, I was dubious. Was it going to be as cheap in quality as it is in price? But since it was an Amazon Vine purchase, I decided to give it a try. I am happy to say that this suspension strap set feels very strong and well made. I've never touched the name brand product but I can't imagine how it could be better. When you are suspending yourself on a strap, you want it to feel 100% strong and reliable and this strap and the handles do feel that way. The carabiners are indeed heavy duty as described on the product page. The handles are solid and just the right size for a solid grip. I'm not going to give up my resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, because they have their advantages. But now I also have a suspension trainer strap to add variety.     • just like TRX straps
These straps are awesome. They are just like the TRX straps but cost significantly less. These work inside and outside with different anchors. The straps are pretty long so you can use them just about anywhere. The grip on the handles is good, it has a good texture, and it's not slippery. The door frame anchor works really well and doesn't cause damage or leave marks on the door or frame. These can be used for a full body workout and comes with a small card to show you some examples of exercises you can do with these straps. The clips are a good size and fit into the loops well together without any bunching up of the straps. The loops under the handles are large enough for someone with bigger arms if they need it. The straps are easy to adjust with the clip. The clips move easily once pressed to open and stay put once closed. They feel secure when you pull on the straps too. ... show more

    • Almost as good a name brand
As a fitness trainer, when I see a good deal on any suspension training, I give it a try. I'm expanding my classes and would love to find one that functions seamlessly with the name brand. This one comes close. The integrity of the straps are good. For me, they don't glide as smoothly when adjusting the length and the addition of the detachable straps in two areas on each strap just adds to issues arising later. I get it, perhaps the idea was to be able to remove the length of the strap and just attach the handles to the upper portion, but really, so not necessary if they glide smoothly and adjust to do the same thing like the "other" brand. That said, if you are purchasing for home use and not a group setting - yes! Go for it. I haven't had any issues with quality making me feel unsafe at all and the price is definitely right with main brand going at well over $200. If you've ever wanted to try suspension training, then these are for you. Go have fun, get strong, get fit. This is a good deal. ... show more

The suspension training is great for the full body. This is a great "at home" kit and you can place it in the door, removing it when needed. Good quality and well made. I recommend to watch some youtube videos to take the best of the workout

This home resistance training kit is phenomenal. It adhears really nicely to any doorway or overhead object, and the suspension is crazy good. The clasps are very heavy duty material, as are the band areas themselves. This will add a lot of resistance to any workout, and this high-quality set will last very, very long time. ... show more

    • High quality kit
This product includes everything needed to have a good calisthenics workout most anywhere, and it can be shoved into a mesh bag about about the size of a medium-small purse. There's an attachment to suspend the dual straps from the door, from trees or other solid but unusual objects, or the clips themselves with or without being hooked on the straps. I have a door frame mounted pull up bar and clipped this to the steel O ring on it to replace a similar, but lesser quality system it came with. The quality of this kit is good, all the straps, webbing buckles, stitching and hardware can take heavy use. The foot sling/hand grips combination make a lot more exercises available such as most degrees of decline and incline pushups, bodyweight rows, planches, pull ups, assisted squats, crunches/sit ups and more. And since most of the attachments use the same carabiners, parts of this product can be used individually to mix up the exercises even more.
