They are gorgeous and have a matte texture—not shiny like other dishes I've used. They worked really well for au gratin potatoes. They are dishwasher safe and came surprisingly clean in the dishwasher. There were two very small stains, and no matter how I scrubbed, they wouldn't come off. But if you've made au gratin potatoes, you know that even with clear Pyrex, it will eventually burn on in a way you can't scrub off. They're fairly expensive at 15 dollars a piece, but the quality is so nice I think they're worth it. ... show more

These are beautiful great quality dishes however, this is not for a family size casserole. You could really just fix an individual or one and a half persons food in something like this would be great for side dishes just don’t expect to feed the whole family tuna noodle out of one of these.

I got these as smaller trays for cooking for a small portion. The dishes arrived well packaged and undamaged, and they are quite sturdy and feel like they are high quality and will last a good while. They went through the dishwasher with no issues, and seem quite easy to clean.
