Its parts do not fit together well at all. As you can see in my pictures, there is a sizable gap where there shouldn’t be one. It also wobbles. In addition, I couldn’t even get past the foam on the sides. It refused to go on. I had to lubricate it with wd40 and then it only went up halfway. I’m currently sitting in my backyard trying to figure out how this works. From what I’ve done so far, the build quality is terrible. Like I said everything wobbles and doesn’t fit well together. And it’s not like I’m new to building stuff. I’ve built furniture, other workout equipment and this has been the worst to assemble. I’ve also attached a picture of page 1 of their manual. They spell components as “copnets”, and a bunch of other typos. I’m not trying to say I hate their English, English is my second language too but come on. There are typos all around and the manual doesn’t even mention some parts, mentions the wrong parts somewhere, and you never know you’re right because everything doesn’t fit together. I’ve had to use the Amazon pictures, the manual, and other machines to get up to where I am and it’s been 3 days of working on this 4h a day. And I’m only halfway done. Do not buy this at all. There is no stop on the top part of the unit and the ball on the cable goes into the opening and is damaging the pulley. Also the pulley hear where the leg extension unit is gets hit by the metal pipe. Very tight design. I can’t use either part of the unit.

First, you NEED power tools to make the machine fit tightly together. The tools sent with the kit are horrible little wrenches that do nothing, and you can’t tighten the nuts on the bolts with your hands. Also have a second person handy to hold things in place. The assembly took me about 3 hours and it was mostly because some of it is poorly translated to English, and there were what seemed like a lot of instruction missing. Some of my parts were mislabeled, so I was having to go back and forth to the page that shows drawings of what the parts are supposed to look like. If you aren’t a good critical thinker or don’t like puzzles, this isn’t for you! The size. It’s fine for me, I am a 5 foot 3 inch woman. My husband bought this for himself. And it seems like it might not be that good for his size because it isn’t very adjustable as far as the chest attachments. We haven’t used the leg press part yet, but it seems like for a larger person it would be challenging to get into starting position. Last night I did a variation of dead lifts with the bottom pulley, and I moved the entire machine forward. Your feet have to be on the plate that it comes with. My issue with that is that the plate is tiny!! Even my small size 7 foot is bigger than the plate. I worry about the cables rubbing in some of the parts of the machine while using. Like when the preacher curl part is attached.. I’d probably just use dumbbells rather than the pulley for that exercise. It doesn’t come with weights, but our plates that we already had fit nicely. You don’t have to balance the weight on each side which is nice if you’re just lifting small. I worry about the pulleys being plastic.. I might at some point look for metal ones to replace them. The cable lines feel like there is a lot of friction. I recommend getting some exercise machine lube to fix that. Update, my husband was using the lat pull down part today and the plastic pulley wheel broke. The bead on the cable slipped through the broken pulley. Do yourself a favor and order some metal wheels if you do order. Or pass on this purchase if you are a tall person. The chest arms of the machine are a little small for my husband. After a few workouts, despite all of the parts being firmly attached, the machine does sway and move while using it. I took my 3 star rating to a 2. ... show more

Terrible instructions and hard time finding how to contact the company, say they have a website, but what is it? Not as sturdy and comfortable, the seat only adjust up/ down not forward and backwards and not wide enough. Just not what I expected, and threw the boxes away, so nothing to return the item in so feel stuck with equipment that I can not get a good comfortable workout and out of my money. ... show more

Bought this in April because it included a leg press, which is something my wife wanted. We both use it, but it's really awkward seating. To do the Lat Pulldown I have to bring a bench over and set it in front of the machine, otherwise I honestly have no idea how you would do it with their seating. The chest press hurts my shoulders because you can't adjust the starting position at all and I have long arms, so that blows. I don't know how you use the preacher cushion for biceps without rubbing the cord on bare metal, so we don't use that. Also some of the images they use are misleading, you can't stand to the side doing leg raises unless you want the cord to rub on sharp metal edges and risk damaging it. I saw the current price ($409) and got upset because when I bought it 5 months ago it was $530ish and I got it with a $150 coupon/sale, and the total was $404ish. I wonder if they did that right before dropping the price. Anyways, I probably wouldn't recommend it to taller people. 5 months ago I was trying to save money and space on a home gym. Now I'm willing to spend more money for better quality name brand equipment that I can adjust various parts so I'm not in pain, and we've cleared out a lot more space in the basement to spread out equipment. Oh, also it didn't come with any information on what workouts you can do. Just some poor instructions on how to put it together. So that kind of sucked. ... show more
