You should know first, it is delivered in two boxes, probably at different times. All well and good once I found that out. Went together easily, works great. Could use a little more adjustment on the back pad, but overall it fit me well, I'm 5' 8". The problem was, and why it got a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is parts were missing. I contacted the seller again, (the first time was how I found out it was sent in 2 boxes,) and they took down the parts list and contacted the factory. Package was listed as sent, but it was never recieved by UPS. Had to contact the seller again because they never checked with the factory to make sure it was sent. Then it was sent and recieved. Overall, it took over 20 days to receive the entire list of parts, and a threat to return for a refund. The first box showed up in under a week, and the second in a total of 9 days. Once here, it went together in 1 hour and 32 minutes. I do suggest to put it together without the pulleys and add them in while running the cables. ... show more

Easy to assemble however run your cables through before you do the full assembly the cables have the balls on them and will not fit through if you assemble like they tell you to
