Amazing customer service for missing and replacement parts!! They went above and beyond to satisfy me! Assembly of the machine was easy. I was able to do it by myself while my guy was at work. We find the machine very stable at all weight settings. He loves the chest work out he gets on this machine better than our local gym, while the lat pull down does not give him as full of a range because he is a taller guy. Lat pull down works wonderful for me. We love all of the different options this machine provides! Make sure to stand on the foot pedal if you are using the pull up! There’s a good amount of exercises I can do but some I can’t cause of my size. Ideally it’s for a 5’7 male or female because I find some exercises uncomfortable for my height of 5’10. So if you’re taller than that I wouldn’t recommend this one. Update: the wire snapped on 100lb while using it literally the 5th time. Would not recommend. ... show more

Product takes a LONG time to assemble! Parts are well labeled and instruction booklet is included to assist with assembly. There are 14 steps to put the Home Gym together. After hours of working to assemble it, when we opened the parts labeled for step 13 we found each of the two pieces (#25) were dented. We were unable to find a way to get these two pieces replaced without taking the entire Home Gym apart and try to get it back in the 4 boxes it came in to return it. Do to size and weight of product we are unable to return it. After paying this kind of money for product we are not happy about having dents in it and not being able to get them replaced. For this reason we would not buy this product again or recommend it to others. ... show more

I've been using this machine for about a little more than a month now (got a full 6 day PPL split in) and will update in the future as well. Pros - Easy to build: (everything is labeled by steps) but how the manual labels the screws is a little confusing. It just takes a long time as there’s a lot of pieces and recommend watching the how to assemble video which helped a lot - Good for chest, tricep, back, biceps, shoulders, abs, and legs (let’s be honest we all skip leg days). Pretty much every muscle group in a PPL split - Flexible: you can be very flexible with whatever exercise you want to do especially since theres cables located at the top, middle, and bottom which makes it convenient to target specific muscle groups like the upper/lower chest and rear delts. I also heavily recommend getting other cable attachment pieces like the rope, straight bar, etc. which will expand the different exercises you can do like facepulls, tricep pushdowns, etc. It’s been a game changer forsure. - Good, sturdy quality - Cables feel smooth like someone applied a heavy amount of conditioner on their hair - Adjustability: It’s easy and simple although I wish all adjustment pieces had the quick pull and release method like the ones used on the chest press but the back of the seat and the padded preacher curl pad are adjusted using the screw method which obviously takes longer than the quick pull, adjust, and release pins that most of the gym equipment have. - Shipping: Shipment was quick (came from CA) with 4 boxes total coming at the same time and UPS driver offered to drop it off in the garage (Your mileage may vary) Cons: - Height: When doing tricep pushdowns, lat pulldowns, and similar exercises, the weights touch the top of the maximum height position or for the lat pulldowns, the bar will hit the top which resets the time under tension to get that full workout which can be annoying so if youre a gigantic person or nba player I would recommend a larger, taller machine but for the most of us, this will do. A solution to fix this is to remove the chains and attach the bar to the cable when doing lat pulldowns and using the chains when doing tricep pushdowns and preacher curls. - The chest flies feel awkward and starts hurting my shoulders which is never good so I end up doing regular incline/flat chest flies on a bench with dumbbells or even a single arm cable fly instead but may have to watch a couple of videos to get the form right. - Quality issue: One of the parts came welded improperly which I managed to fix with the nail removing head on a hammer but since its sold and shipped by amazon, amazon wasnt able to send a replacement part (they dont have any) so you would have to contact customer service to find the seller and see if they can ship out a replacement part instead. There does seem to be warranty and contact information on the manual if you ever need it. - Manual: The manual can be confusing but it starts making sense when you get into it. Heavily recommend watching the assembling video for this machine especially when assembling the cables. - Cost: Pretty expensive but average. Other stores and sellers will have cheaper, similar options available but chose this due to the aesthetic build, the middle cable ropes, the 150 pound weight stack (compared to 122.5lb), and the small space that it takes up - The seats can only be adjusted horizontally and not vertically so basically only the back portion of the seat is adjustable and not the seat pad that you sit on which is inconvenient since this wouldve allowed more space when doing lat pulldowns. - When seated, the foam padding aligned with the seat where your knee area goes will get in the way so youll most likely end up having to sit with your legs wide open but it’s easily removable. Having your legs wide open asserts dominance and confidence anyway Some other information: - The package comes in 4 boxes (2 boxes with the machine parts (1 is long and the other is around half the size), and 2 smaller boxes filled with weights and screws). They are all heavy but lighter than an adult elephant. - Start with the longest box as that will have steps 1-7 and the other will have parts for steps 8-14. - If you’re on a budget, honestly a pair of dumbbells and a bench will do the job but as you progress and go heavier without a spotter, a machine is always nice to have tl;dr: it’s nice and does the job to pump up your chests, triceps, back, shoulders, legs, abs, etc. It’s a 4 out of 5 stars because it has minor issues that take a bit of your own problem solving like adjusting the chains and hitting the right angles but like any product it has its pros and cons but the most important part is that it builds muscle and the machine works as intended. ... show more

Great product. Easy to assemble. I put it together by myself in a few hours. The instructions are easy to follow and you have to follow them step by step or else you'll find yourself taking it apart to do things over. Easy to use. Not very friendly to someone 6'1 but I can still use it easily. There are so many workouts I can do with this. I can do just about anything but leg presses but for the money it's still totally worth it. ... show more
