The functionality of this kitchen pantry it is amazing, so well segmented internally, sturdy MDF construction, amazing modern style, great price for the value and type of cabinet it is. It requires knowledge to set furniture up because it come totally in pieces, if you are a handy person it does not represent a challenge, but if you have little to none experience assembling knock down furniture it could be a moderated challenge. The instructions to assembled are clear that will help on this process. The directions towards the end were a little misleading and my doors on the bottom are uneven. However, it fits well in my kitchen, it holds all my kitchen needs, and it looks cute. For the price, the quality is pretty good.

Received the item and the pieces didn't seem built correctly. All the top shelf pieces are backwards. Either 5,6,7 boards need to be replaced or 2 and 3 need to be reversed. I didn't realize the middle boards were backwards until I screwed in the backboards and messed up board 7. This was frustrating because now I had to wait for a replacement. Update: They seller responded quickly shiped a brand new box and set up FedEx pick up after I have retrieved the pieces I need. Ideally I would've liked just the individual boards that were messed up to be replaced but that was not possible. I want to state the product seems sturdy and I'm happy with it. After more thought, I think I could've reversed the small boards some how. However the instructions were not the best. I upped the stars because the product itself is awesome, the customer service was quick and very polite, despite my annoyance with the issue and this may have been an error on my part during the install. ... show more

I love this hutch I use it as a coffee and tea bar and I get so many compliments from my friends and family about this. It looks great in my kitchen and the storage shelves are pretty deep. I was expecting this to be bigger in the area I wanted it , it fits perfectly with plenty of room.

Product is nice but arrived with nicks and scratches. At least the scratch is not visible but the nicks on the countertop are. Thinking will find a wood pen to camouflage. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting back in box and requesting a refund. Seller should offer a discount at least😒. Where to start ... Multiple scratched pieces. Multiple pieces with finish blemishes. Blemishes like what appears to be slathered on black paint to cover a problem? I'm not sure. It looks awful. Most corners are either chipped, color worn away, or the veneer/plastic layer is straight up peeling away. The glass doors are dirty between the black wood like material and the glazing, which thankfully is on the inside as you cannot clean that. There was a broken piece and upon telling the seller I was given the option of either a partial refund "if I thought it could still be used," or a replacement part. This was for a straight up broken part. I chose the replacement part. I thought about returning it, but I didn't want to deal with lugging the particle board nightmare to a store to return. The replacement part was supposed to ship between 5-10 business days. I asked for an update a few times and finally was told that a replacement part could not be sent, but an ENTIRE SECOND ASSEMBLY could be. Okay, so, I'll be able to build the one unit but I guess now I'll have to dispose of most of the other unit. This unit has come and I only dug the first piece out. I see similar packaging disasters in the box and will not be surprised to find chipped parts and pieces. This leads to my favorite part. I misplaced my instructions from the first unit. Ok, my bad. I got the instructions from the second to find that step 10 and 11 were on the back side of the page, and step 12 should be the first side of the next page. But it wasn't. It was blank. Step 13 was on the BACK side of this page. Somehow, the entire front side to this page was not printed. I found my original instruction set and confirmed that yes, step 8 and 9 are on one side of a page, with 10 and 11 on the back. The next page has step 12 on the front, and 13 on the back. How does that even happen???? On a good note, the hardware is surprisingly nice. Unlike the Ikea metal stud with plastic camlock, this came with metal camlocks and lag bolts that screw into metal nuts. The hinges, however, are complete pot metal garbage. ... show more
