This was my first time building a piece of furniture, and it went pretty smoothly. Probably took me about an hour and a half. The table is nice, and I like the extra storage. I noticed it was quite a bit bigger than I was expecting, but that was my bad for not looking at the measurements. This table was not stable. It wobbled back and forth. The finish was awful. Just touching it left prints everywhere on it that would not come off. Also nicks on the bottom of two of the legs and several of the holes for hardware had chips around them and some scuffs on the tabletop. It looked like the item had been used already. The table is the right height for bar stools or to use as a standing desk and very sturdy. It did arrive with a little dent in the table top and there was a weird smell in the box. The smell went away after I got rid of the packing foam and cardboard. It came with about a 100 little screws and dowels that you have to put in, and you need two screw drivers, Philips and flat. If you like jigsaw puzzles this is a project you will love. It was also kind of awkward to roll and flip around to put together, but I managed. If you are a smallish person you may need a friend to help you. Good quality for the price. ... show more
