    • Not Soft Close Hinges
Read some reviews about this not being easy to put together, I disagree. This came in two boxes that were easy enough to move in to the house. If you have ever put together furniture of this kind, it follows the same basic ideas. The instructions were easy enough to follow while simultaneously watching football. I used an impact driver on low to get through most the Phillips head screws, easy. Couldn't find information on it on this page but the hinges are NOT soft close. The cabinet comes with 20mm hinges, which means you won't find any soft close hinges that fit this cabinet out of the box. You will have to re-drill the holes to fit if you want to install those. I picked up knobs that match the rest of my kitchen, and used those instead of the ones that came in the box. Overall very happy with the look, and it feels solid. Will have to install some soft close hinges using the KREG jig. ... show more

Skills you need to put this together: ability to use philips head screwdriver(not included), allen wrench (included), able to follow directions, and patience. I was able to put this together by myself (petite 60+ woman) but I followed the directions very carefully double and triple checking my work. I liked that all pieces were marked as to what number or letter they were referred to in the directions. It is very important to pay attention to the pieces as some look very similar, but have a small difference. For example, the cabinet doors have 3 the same and 1 that is different. As I was assembling this, I was worried it was going to be wobbly, but it is very sturdy when completed. The directions are all diagrams and are usually easy to follow. There were a few that had me scratching my head, though. My biggest complaint is how the cabinet doors fit. One side overlaps even after I have adjusted the hinge adjustment screw as far as I can. The other side has a gap. (See pictures) You really need patience and space to complete this project. To give you an idea: There are 30 steps and 176 screws. Happy building! ... show more

The step-by-step directions were amazing. The only problem is adjusting the cabinets. you follow the directions and they do not get exactly right no matter what.

I got this for our coffee bar and it’s perfect! We did not use one of the shelves as shown in the second photo since we have some taller bottles that we wanted to store in there. Assembly was fairly easy, took my bf about 2.5 hours to put together with minimal cursing.

This is a good cabinet for the price. It was a little tricky to put together but overall has a nice look to it. Once thing though, it does not come with pads to make the door quieter when they close and the doors close with a bang. I got some silicone ones and it was still too loud so I would recommend felt ones. ... show more

    • Many, many, many parts.
Nice little unit but that being said: It takes a lot of time to assemble because of all of the parts (Screws, knobs, more screws and hinges (Did I mention endless screws). Sort of a Value Priced item. Also, the screws that hold the hinges onto the cabinet are too short and cause the pressed wood to split. I replaced the screws with 3/4" long and they held the unit together securely. ... show more
