I recently purchased a home and loved the color of this area rug, unfortunately not good quality anything gets stuck on it and very had to vacuum or sweep it. Dirt, garbage hides inside. I have 4 children and definitely do not recommend this. I wish I could get a refund but because I purchased and didn’t open right away until now the return window closed. The media could not be loaded. I’m about to change my living room and I wanted a white rug to go with my new design and so the video and pics are my test run to see the quality of it. I am blown away with the quality of this rug for the price. It’s super soft and extremely fluffy which I love…it is thin but for me personally I prefer it to be thin because I’m always changing and styling my home so when my husband is busy or not home, I can just easily change it myself…This is the 12 by 15 and it is true to length…this is not faux fur…this is a Shag Rug and also this is a true white rug…not off white, not ivory or beige….WHITE…Can’t wait to see how it’s going to look with my new furniture…Buy it!!!     • Worst purchase ever, but my fault

So, right out of the box I started to have my doubts, but ignored them. This rug is soft, but not very well made. It started shedding a tad, but still looked fairly good. We have a puppy and I didn't want to have an expensive rug down until he was older. The shag, however? It's VERY high. Like probably 3 inches. That makes it impossible to vacuum. We learned super quickly that it was hard to clean. And also? Felt like grass to our puppy. Which ended up being a disaster, and again..... extremely hard to clean. I found myself using a rake to get everything out of the carpet, and our Roomba was unusable. After 2 weeks? It looked shabby, and probably had a huge build up of dust and grime due to our inability to vacuum. I admitted defeat and ordered a washable rug instead. This rug? It's lovely in pics, and would probably be ok in a very lightly used room. But for an active family with pets? A definite no go. I had read several reviews stating this, and should have listened. ... show more

Because of shipping, the rug was folded and the folds won’t lay flat. The edges are not straight and it’s obvious. It’s extremely heavy and I can’t handle it to send it back so I’m stuck with it and feel like I wasted my money. Definitely not quality for the price.
