Update: Seller was able to accommodate me with the damage on my footboard. The bedframe is other wise… beautiful and easy to assemble. Due to this being an item directly from “vendor,” Amazon cannot assist with refund. The seller offered $20 for the damaged shown in photos and stated they will only offer this, because the bed is still functional. I did not buy a damaged item at a discount store. I purchased a BRAND NEW king size bedframe for $251.88 not only for the functionality, but for the appearance in my new home with all of my new furniture. If I wasn’t pregnant and I had a way I would have DEFINITELY returned this item! ... show more

It’s perfect except for the missing rhinestone. I bought it 3 months before I moved so I kept it in the box. By the time I opened it and put it together it was too late to exchange for a different one. I recommend opening it right away to make sure it’s not missing any jewels.
