Update: Seller was able to accommodate me with the damage on my footboard. The bedframe is other wise… beautiful and easy to assemble. Due to this being an item directly from “vendor,” Amazon cannot assist with refund. The seller offered $20 for the damaged shown in photos and stated they will only offer this, because the bed is still functional. I did not buy a damaged item at a discount store. I purchased a BRAND NEW king size bedframe for $251.88 not only for the functionality, but for the appearance in my new home with all of my new furniture. If I wasn’t pregnant and I had a way I would have DEFINITELY returned this item! ... show more

I love how easy this bed frame is to assemble, granted the instructions aren’t super detailed. The side panels were the most confusing, you’ll put 12 on one panel and 13 on another panel and connect them with 7. That won’t make sense until you put together the bed but other then that, worth the money ... show more

I saved my money for this frame, I layed on it 2 times and the whole metal frame bent and the legs broke so now the bed sits on the floor. I asked for a refund they said I have to return everything back in the box... how? I don't have a car, I live in New York and the box went to the trash the first day. ... show more
