I really like this product. I put it in my 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L 4wd hemi quad cab. I still need to adjust the fitment. But wow. It's actually loud, and everything works as it said. The instructions did suck. But for the price, I am very impressed. I went onto YouTube and entered the model number and followed what his instructions were. Also bench checked everything before the install. I believe people buy these products and do not fully understand exactly how to install these items. And then complain about it. These are most likely made on an assembly line. So you could get one that's defective. But I believe it's mostly the user or installer who may create the problem. Stuff happens, and you have 2 choices. Complain or get it done. I hope this review helps. Do your research before you install and you will be good. If any problems accur I will update my post! It's seem to work just fine for the first couple weeks then one day it just stopped working an won't even turn on anymore... But I have contacted them back and they have agreed to send me a new deck for your charge because it was under warranty so in all around I'd have to say that five stars is definitely the rating for me after that they are very customer satisfying and made me a very pleased customer ... show more

For this price, I kind of expected this to be trash... I'm actually a little impressed by how easy it was to hook up and how good it actually sounds. My phone (Galaxy s23 Ultra) hooked right up to it (Bluetooth) YouTube music played beautifully. The sound quality is crisp and clear. There is a green wire that nearly got hooked up to one of the speaker green wires, this is for display dimming I noticed by the schematic, glad I checked... Be careful with that. Otherwise super quick install and overall I'm super happy. I didn't hook up the reverse camera because I didn't see the wire to use for the remote sensor (it's late and I have to work tomorrow, I wanted to see if the stereo worked before putting in that effort) if you have a low budget or, like me are installing it in the work vehicle, I highly recommend this unit. I'll change my review if anything changes. Nice job! 4 stars because of the instructions which I didn't use, but if I had needed them... They probably wouldn't have helped 😄 ... show more

Simple, with some features that really make it easy to live with everyday. I changed my initial review now that it’s been with me for 6 months. The screen is a pressure touch type which is great in a bumpy truck or with work gloves on. Same goes for the knob which is larger and easier to use than my other stereos. Not an high aspect ratio screen but it works for backup camera duty. Don’t get this for the mirror link, get it for the great sound… it honestly sounds really good. Bluetooth works well for music and calls and is clear. Ir Remotes and SWC input programming both work well. Has a screen dim/off button on the Home Screen. Lows: There are way more feature rich radios on Amazon for only a few bucks more but they don’t sound this good. Highs: clear powerful sound. Pressure screen input, remotes, and knob are good for controlling it while on rough terrain. ... show more

This double din touch screen automotive radio did arrive in as described condition. However it does not come with any metal brackets for the side of the radio, also no small bolts to mount any Dash kit to the radio. The radio does technically work but the screen is laggy and plugging your phone in does not mirror it or allow for Android/Apple carplay. Just buy the Sjoybring Joy-W006, yes it's more expensive but actually works like you would expect. ... show more
