Wasn't quite sure about this one, I usually purchase all lighting from Lowes or Menard's, etc. I had a ceiling light in the hallway of my little Tudor style home that went bad - and it was super UGLY. This beautiful light was easily installed, and the little thingies that you screw in....well, they were a cinch once I realized how much easier it would be to screw them in BEFORE snipping the little zip ties that are on each of them. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. I chose the wrong bulbs for this particular space, so I'm waiting on the "soft white" G9s to arrive. This light fixture is so beautiful. We settle for silver. The base fixture was easy to install. There are over 20 inserts to the base- which have to be twisted individually into the base. The inserts had little tiny zip ties on each insert. This was the only concern- because you can’t removed the zip tie until it is twisted into the base. Once zip tie is cut the inserts open. The quality of the lights is phenomenal. The size is smaller is perfect. So far- it’s a show stopper when people see it. I gave 4 stars because of all the tiny little zip ties that took a long time to cut. ... show more

I put this in my bedroom and will probably buy another one for my dining room. It is incredibly beautiful and unique. It throws off quite alot of light and causes the ceiling to twinkle. IF there is a negative it is the cost of the tiny bulbs, somehwere around $6.00 a piece. I have had more compliments on this ceiling light Make sure that you install the tiny lights before attaching to the ceiling and do not cut the plastic ties until it is completed installed. I had to use a tiny cuticle scissors sto undo the plastic ties ... show more
